Actually did work- read to learn why.
I bought this more as a day/night sensor for a wind turbine MPPT.So I was surprised to see yesterday, in a bit of sun, but we are on a woods, so not great light, and it was actually generating about 4w.That doesn't sound much but a 200w panel connected to a Victon MPPT was showing about 8w....So, actually does work even on bad light setup, bound to be shadows etc.Like I said I didn't get it for actual generation, so a pleasant surprise.Build quality seems fine, the bracket is ok, and the lead was just long enough to go etc it hooked up without a join.I would buy more if I ever needed one this small.

12v 10w trickle solar charger
No to bad. Quality is ok does the job. Hopefully will keep my 12v battery fully charged when not in use . For the price handy to have around with power cuts on the horizon here in the uk . But remember this is only a trickle charger so dont expect miracles

Great little panels.
Great little solar panels, I've got 2 running an off grid gym (for lights, fans and music). They're easily keeping the batteries charged even with the less bright days we've had recently. The only possible issue is the electrical box on the back doesn't look especially weatherproof. I have it a silicone sealant coating and it's been fine (might have not needed it but why take the risk).

We use this to charge the leisyre battery for our electric fence and it works very well.

Solar power
Sensitive solar, under artificial light testing - up lighter in lounge I got a couple of volts, with a torch I got over 13V so in true outdoors light this should keep a car battery topped up nicely even on a dull day due to so many solar squares on this panel.
