I have problems with bad breath no matter what I do but these pills changed my life and self confidence is higher now. I usually take them in the morning so I brush my teeth, use the tongue scraper and then take one pill 20 min before breakfast. No matter how thorough I would clean my tongue it will always get a lot of that white stuff and it smelled really bad but ever since I started taking the pills even I forget to scrape my tongue it won't accumulate that white layer and you feel your breath cleaner. I love this product and will probably keep buying it until I die cuz I'm in love with itUpdate Jan 2024: The new formula isn't as good as the old one. It was reduced from 11 strains to 6 only, the dose is now 2 chewable tablets when before it was 60 caps one daily meaning the price doubled cuz you had supply for 2 months and now is for only one. It doesn't help with gut so if you're having bad breath because of gut problems (like me) this isn't your to go product. I'm deeply saddened with this new formula and I have been forced to look elsewhere and I now take 2 different caps (I switched to a different provider) to do what this used to do with just one. Even if they were to charge double but keep the old same ingredients I would definitely keep buying it cuz the old formula was everything you needed.

Mi aliento era como a drenaje iba al dentista cada 4 meses para ver si era por higiene bucal y fueran más seguido las visitas por si a mí se me olvidaba limpiar alguna parte, pero no! aún así seguía con mi mal aliento, trataba de dejar comidas y bebidas y nada seguía ahí…hasta que decidí ir con el otorrinolaringólogo y decía que podían ser tonsilolitos pero que íbamos a hacerlo por pasos porque podían ser más factores antes de hacer cualquier cirugía me dieron pastillas disque para la gastritis o úlceras y reflujos el cual yo no tenia antes, si no me dieron cuando estaba tomando las pastillas un ardor tan feo que decidí dejarlas y mi hermana me recomendó estos probióticos orales y muy cierto desde que los estoy tomando mi mal aliento se ha ido a pesar de lo que coma obvio si como cebolla mi aliento es a cebolla pero ya no es a podrido jajaja amo este producto y lo recomiendo 100% por cierto tengo tiroides y otro problema podían ser las pastillas que tomo supuestamente pero este problema lo tengo desde muy joven antes de que tuviera esta enfermedad así que quedó descartado pero de que funciona funciona ..!!!

I started taking this probiotic to help with chronic bad breath that doesn't go away with brushing. It did not help much if at all. Shortly after beginning to take this probiotic I began experiencing redness in my, shall we say, sensitive area that would come and go and was otherwise symptomless. My gynocologist misdiagnosed it and gave my antibiotics which are now giving me severe digestive issues. Only after scouring the internet have I discovered that there is a link between taking probiotics containing Lactobacilli bacteria and the development of Cytolytic Vaginosis, which is an overgrowth of said bacteria in the vagina. Now I have to use baking soda to get my bits back to normal which burns like the devil as well as try to manage the other health problems that have occurred as a chain reaction to taking this probiotic and have me very stressed and uncomfortable. I suppose I should have known better than to take random pills from a brand I have never heard of or seen before off of Amazon. If you are considering ordering and taking this probiotic for bad breath issues I would highly advise you visit a dentist and get recommendations from them for how to manage it instead of trying to treat it at home with phony pills from the internet.

Since I was small, I have always suffered from bad breath. I can't begin to tell you how difficult it's been growing up and even into adulthood how people make jokes about your breath. I've done everything: mouthwashes, different types of toothpastes, professional cleanings, you name it but the bad breath remained. I've been depressed and wondered, why me and I've always envied people who can talk and not have to worry about their breath on a daily basis. One day I stumbled across this product while searching for bad breath remedies and I took a chance. Let me tell you, I definitely feel a difference! My tongue is no longer coated and my breath feels fresher. Even when I chewed minty flavored candy and gum it never helped and I never tasted the mint - my mouth always tasted "weird". I can actually taste the mint in the gum that i chew. Now since I've been using this I feel more confident and I've noticed that people don't turn away or put their hand over their nose (worse feeling ever, btw). I have had chronic bad breath for some years now and it got worse this past year! I did so much research on what I can do to get rid of this problem tried everything I could think of but nothing worked! I found these and started taking them 2 weeks ago! First week I felt slight changes especially interacting with others! And now I’m able to talk very closely with pple without them taking a step back or keeping their distance lmao! Give it a try if you’re struggling they’re worth the price and you’ll be grateful and happy for how much they’ll change your life!! I’ll say if you stop using them for a couple days that awful smell will come back and you’ll know bc nobody’s going to get close to you
