iYoShop Dual Dog Leash, Double Dog Leash, 360 Swivel No Tangle Walking Leash, Shock Absorbing Bungee for Two Dogs, Royal Blue, Large (25-150 lbs)

We have two Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers. Tollers are high energy and can be really excitable. Eve and Lucy each weigh about 35 pounds. They don't pull. They are fairly responsive to leach handling when walked individually. Lucy has a high prey drive and wants to track all over the place from side to side in front and in back of me. When walked together with two leaches they both want to track all over.Day 1 - To start off.....this was a disaster! (But quickly turned into a huge success.) The dogs had more freedom than usual (not good) and they were tracking all over the place, in front of me, behind me, and around. I was quickly wrapped up in the coupler over and over. I switched it up, holding the leach handle in my right hand and held the other end of the leash with my left hand relaxed at my left side. Lucy still wanted to track, but tracked only on my left. Eve tried to go behind me to get on my right side away from Lucy. With my hand at my side close to the coupler it took very little to communicate to Eve that she needed to stay on my left. Eve prefers the position closest to me and maintained that. The big surprise was how quickly Lucy stopped her tracking and craziness and walked nicely to the left of Eve.Day 2 - Held the leash near the coupler with my left hand relaxed at my side, and held the leach handle in the same hand. They immediately took position, with Eve next to me, and Lucy on the other side. Both dogs along side me, no zigging no zagging, no pulling no lagging. I had my right hand free the entire time. Did not have to stop to get the leash out of their legs. Each wore a harness with the attachment at their back...so that may have been a factor.I've ordered a 12" leash to pair with the coupler and I think that will work out nicely for my morning walks. I don't think it will work well for our dogs at the farmers market or other places where there are a lot of people...for that I think I'll need a coupler that keeps our dogs closer to each other, paired with the 12" leash.The leash/coupler are very well made. As promised, the dogs did not tangle. Leash handle is comfortable, though maybe a bit thicker/stiffer than I prefer...I think it will soften up with use. The leash and coupler may be a bit long for medium sized dogs but I was able to mitigate that by holding the leach near the coupler. (see above).I prefer my dogs at my side. If you prefer your dogs walking ahead of you, the leash length may be fine for larger dogs. You may prefer to pair a shorter leash with the coupler for medium sized dogs.Update:I have an adult Terra Trike. I am now also taking both dogs alongside me when I ride my Terra trike. The leash that came with it is too long for that purpose. I paired the coupler with a one food leash. That combination is perfect, they have enough to maintain space from the trike and each other, but not enough to try to run in front of the trike.

I will start by saying I have 4 large Cane Corso dogs. I wanted a solution to enable me to walk them two at a time. I knew I would need something very high quality, with strength, that had stretch, would be long enough for my large dogs, and would be tangle-free. I feel like I got all that and then some.It comes with the matching leash too. That's a huge bonus to me. The leash is thick and strong but has the right amount of stretch. It is 5ft long not including the nicely padded handle that feels good on the hands and wrist. Both the leash and double-dog splitter are black with a reflective stripe which I appreciate when walking my dogs after dark.I wanted tangle-free and it delivers. The connector at the end of the leash has a 360 degree swivel clasp. It connects to the dual-dog splitter which has a O connector that is also 360 degree swivel. Also, both ends of the splitter have connectors/clasps that hook to the pups collars and guess what? they are 360 degree swivels as well. I have used this many times and ZERO tangles. My dogs criss cross and change positions like crazy and no problems.The splitter is approximately 4ft from swivel to swivel before any stretch. The stretch is tight but perfect for my dogs. It helps minimize the "jerk" when one dog goes the other way or suddenly stops. Hopefully that won't loosen up too much as it ages from use. Something to think about is if dogs are straight out in front of you with the leash including the handle plus the splitter before any stretch and your dogs could be 7ft out in front. You can use a different shorter leash if you have smaller dogs. The leash is a bonus anyways. The double dog splitter is well worth the price alone.

I love this dog leash. With two leads I have two Shih Tzu’s. So much easier to take both dogs out at the same time on one leash instead of both dogs on two leashes they don’t get so tangled and there is a I don’t know what you would call it but it turns in 360° they can go in whatever direction they want wen, one way one the other which they do. It is a very well built, leash, strong, and the grip where you hold onto it is kind of rubbery and very easy to hold onto these two dogs are very strong and want to pull me, I have control of them . Highly recommend.

It definitely serves its purpose and has made walking my boys a lot easier. It's pretty sturdy and held up to my dogs weight and pull when squirell and cat both decided to run across our path within a 5 minute span of each other.

We have two dogs, one big one and one little one. It was so hard to walk them both on two leashes especially since the little one can almost fit under the big one. This leash made a world of difference, and the elastic stretchy leads are awesome and easy on the dogs. There is a swivel in the middle of the two leads that is permanent. This is the key. The dogs never get tangled. When you only want one of the leads the other hooks up by the handle for easy access and use. The padded handle is great for working with two dogs. The leash is well worth every penny and made the difference on our walks. Warning... do not detach the dogs and leave them tied together!!But it now!! You will be very happy with this.

Comfortable to hold. Made durable. Highly recommend

We have 3 dogs, and I don't know why we are now just getting a double leash for 2 of them.Before purchasing, walking 2 crazy dogs on separate leashes was a nightmare!But this has been amazing to use! It did take a couple walks for the dogs to get used to it, as well as us, but once everyone did, it's been so nice!The bungee cord straps are amazing!I would definitely recommend this double leash to anyone looking for one.And if you have two dogs and don't have one....get one!

Thea leash is really good and a tough one. We've had it for a while and theres no wear and tear yet. I wish that the part that attaches to the dog and then to the main leash was shorter or even adjustable. Adjustable would probably be best. It's a great leash though. I'm very happy with this order.

The media could not be loaded.  I would recommend body harnesses as opposed to collars. Both of these dogs are pullers but because of the bungee component my husband was able to hold the leash without being jerked around. They can cross back and forth and never get tangled up. It is awesome because one person can take two dogs for a walk. Highly recommend this leash to anyone with more than one dog!!!!!

I do like the 2 dogs can just criss cross and not get tangled as much, as they do get tangled. Too springy for my dogs as one loves to take her time and the other wants to go other ways at times. He is 100lbs not good for him. It actually might be if it had a different style of handle on the leash as I find it hard to hold onto when I need to rain them in and or possibly 3 inches shorter.Overall if it wasn't to springy and a different handle it would have got a 5 star. It's a great idea that needs some tweaking. That is just my opion. Good quality though.

I have one dog and then was dog sitting and quickly discovered how difficult walking two very different dogs can be. One lags behind and one pulls, and tying them together with this let them sort that out on their own. The elastic means they arent hurting eachother when pulling in different directions walks were calm and full of wagging tails.

Item has a very good design and seems durable. We have stopped using it due to the "bungee" leash. We have 2 boxers and it basically made it a pulling mechanism for them. When we walk our dogs on a normal leash when we stop they stop as they run out of leash... But with this leash when you stop they keep going as the leash is so "bungee". Since the item is so bouncy due to the Bungee cord, it made it harder to walk our dogs. One worry was that when the dogs pulled i was afraid the bungee would actually break which makes me nervous so we stopped using it completely.I liked that the dogs could cross over each other without any tangling of the leashes. I would expect this leash to work better with smaller dogs that aren't able to pull as much.
