Not for me
I personally didn't find this item useful at all as it sort of went around my stomach (creating a gap between the board and my stomach) instead of creating a gently pressure on my abdomen (which is what i was after). Tried to return the item but would have ended up paying pretty much half of the cost of the item itself. Not the best product I bought on amazon.
