Bought this for my mum. So far she’s happy with the colour, says it seems to last on her and doesn’t smudge (normally her number one issue with eyeliner). Texture is nice and goes on easily. Great value for money compared to other makeup brands

Very budge proof and strong pigment. Works for me as well as ones i've paid a small fortune for trusting the name. Doesn't "melt" in warm bathroom cabinet! And i recommend e.l.f. eyebrow pen as I've used for years and never found reason to change

It definitely does budge! Not waterproof and smears easily. But its easy to use and pigment is high quality

I love this liner and I wear it everyday, it doesn't really smudge, I love that it doesn't require sharpening and it doesn't snap off bits on your eyelids like some pencils do. I can make a nice neat wing and it lasts all day but also comes off nicely with makeup remover or baby wipes.

Good but difficult to put on top of eyeshadow. Good for waterline but I do not like the colour so much. I also realised I prefer wood pencils in general.

Such a good eyeliner stays on all day and has great dark pigment

Easy to apply and smudge but once it sets it stays in place all day, also great for tight lining

Opposite to smudge proof like all it make eyes go panda

While it does not budge, which I enjoy, it is very flimsy (the retractable pen is very unstable once retracted), and the application is not as smooth as I hoped.

this went on smooth and washed off nicely. I liked that it is a warm shade of black. I don't think there is enough product in the tube tough.
