Perfect bike! You won't regret this purchase at all.
Starting off, if you don't read the rest of this review, just know that this is truly one of the best quality bikes I've ever purchased! You won't regret it, go buy it now! I bought the the 16" bike for my 4 year old niece's birthday. She was absolutely ecstatic and took right to it.The bike was extremely easy to assemble. It took a total of about 15 minutes to put together. It took more time to get it completely unwrapped than it did to put together. There are 3 main components to the bike and you didn't get any extra tools to assemble it. Each piece snapped right into place without any guess work. The instructions were straightforward and to the point, but descriptive enough for me to follow along with. The only part that was a little bit harder for me was to twist the handlebars into place. I'm sure I could have gotten it with a little bit more effort, but I left it up to my husband to quickly lock into place. I loved the ease and speed of putting it together and I am not the person who usually does that in our household. The bike is made of high quality materials. Even the plastic streamers on the handle bars are not your typical cheap, plastic ones that normally come flying off when riding your bike. These ones you'll have to seriously man handle to try and rip off. The paint seems very durable and will keep the bike looking brand new for a long time. The paint color is a little bit more blue than teal like it says in the description, but is still very aesthetically pleasing. One thing I loved about this bike above others I've had for my own kids, that made me lean towards this bike for my niece is the handle on the back of the seat. I know how hard it can be to bend over and try to balance a kid when they're trying to learn how to ride a bike without training wheels. This will help tremendously when that time comes for her. Another thing I loved is that you can adjust the height of the seat in a snap. You just pull out the safety lever and adjust the height quickly. There's no tools needed at all.Overall, I am so pleased with this bike and makes me wish I would have had a bike like this for my kids!

Frustrating
I had such a hard time putting this bike together. I thought something called “Quick Build” would be much easier than it was. First, the front fork was bent so the bolt that holds the front tire on wouldn’t screw in. I gave 1 star because Schwinn customer service was good and after sending a few pictures of the bike and my purchase receipt they sent out a new part. The only downside is they only cover the part and you’re on your own to swap it out. There was no video of how to do it on this specific model of bike, so I kind of had to wing it based on videos I watched of this part being replaced on other bikes. The assembly instructions that come with the bike are in Spanish. It does come with a larger instruction manual in English but the assembly instructions in that are generic for kids bikes and don’t actually fully match up with the parts on this model of bike so it’s not super helpful. I was about to throw this thing out and not even go through the trouble of returning it, but I finally figured it out and got it put together. The bike looks like it’s been through a war at this point, but my daughter doesn’t care. I gave the second star because it does look cute once it’s assembled and my daughter loves it. Would I buy this again? I’m torn, but probably not. This experience was not good, but I think I would fare much better next time now that I figured out what to do. I wouldn’t recommend this bike to others. Spend a little more and get a different model. I usually like Schwinn products, but this bike is cheap and not the quality I’m used to from them. It will work for now while my daughter learns to ride a bike and then we will spend more when we upgrade next.

4 year old first bike
We want to love this bike and at first it was fine but the right pedal keeps unscrewing with pedaling. We can’t figure it out. There seems to be a step in the directions for the pedals that we are not doing

Disappointed
The bike is beautiful and everything my baby wanted. I was so excited to see her reaction Christmas morning however, it was missing a piece. Then since it was the holidays I had to wait to call Schwinn. The piece I needed was white. They sent me black. So that meant one side would have a white piece and the other a black piece. The bike has white accents. Then I called again. Again they sent me black. Whatever at this point but its disappointing that I paid that much and they can’t even satisfy something that small. Now her bike looks off.
