Whether it’s strange looks while reading it in public or getting yourself on a federal list of potential spies. This is also a great joke for friends because who wouldn’t be surprised if they got a copy of the communist manifesto? The media could not be loaded. The Communist Manifesto needs no introduction. Ironically, when Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels first authored it, they believed the text would disappear into extinction due to the dissolution of The Communist League and the Cologne Communist Trials. The text experienced a rebirth and popularity years in the future.In truth, The Communist Manifesto gives a very helpful clarification on the stages of evolution in the modes of production and appropriation across time from feudalism to capitalism, i.e., historical materialism, and points out the organic birth of the proletariat from the property relations of capitalism, a.k.a. the gravediggers of the bourgeoisie. Furthermore, the treatment enumerates the forms of socialism, e.g., reactionary, petty-bourgeois, true-idealist, utopian, etc.If you study The Communist Manifesto, recall that Karl and Friedrich authored this relatively early in their lives, less than 30 years old. It increases the excitement of the text to imagine the hysteria and anger of the secret police hunting through the streets trying to arrest communists as they convened in secrecy.I would urge anyone, whether communist or capitalist, to study The Communist Manifesto, even if only to see into the brain of a communist. You might relate to it more than you suspect.

Read it, understand it, and be terrified
This is a very hard "book" (it's actually a pamphlet) to rate. I gave 4 stars because Engels and Marx state their position in a cogent, unambiguous manner. Nobody who reads it can honestly say s/he is surprised by what they were advocating for. Sadly, the former USSR implemented much (I would say most) of what the Communist Manifesto commands with disastrous consequences. These two men unapologetically argue for revolution and a totalitarian state, and tragically Lenin and his thugs implemented it. Also, readers should note that the Communist Manifesto openly discusses the need to vitiate the concept of family so that "the State" can "properly" educate parent's children. Disgusting, but scary that some states in the U.S. have taken this part of the Communist Manifest's advice to heart.

This should tell you something about the United States but you will only understand the current chaos of the US if you read the Manifesto, then read it again, and then reread the Manifesto. Annihilate all morality and all religion, establish Free Trade, Centralized all communication by the government, establish Democracy, annihilate Justice, Liberty, and Freedom all to support the New Jerusalem and monopoly of the World Market. Eliminate nationality, family and eliminate borders. Overturn and destroy the existing state of things! In the Manifesto the proletariat becomes more and more 'equalized', meaning reduced to nothing, powerlessness, silenced, in the scripted struggle. This is the real meaning behind the lie of Utopianism Marxist try to sell to people. No one person has more power than the other. You are all silenced and equalized. Think about that for two seconds and ponder the horror. Who has say in the Communist Marxist system? Only the bankers. Not even a billionaire like Trump cannot change the system in the US, so now you have some perspective your Marxist Neo Liberal professor did not give you. Marxism is based on One Totalitarian Government. Communism is a theological creation sold in a secular package to ideologues who don't read or understand Marx's theology.
