Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max Leather Case with MagSafe - Black

Overall I think the product does a great job of protecting the iPhone. It gives it a touch of class and it feels good in the hand. It’s a genuine leather semi rigid case but it’s made in a way that it keeps the form factor very thin compared to other leather cases out there. You can clean and condition it with a leather conditioner and it brings it back to like new condition. When you put it on it does not appreciably increase the thickness of the phone. There’s also a raised lip around the camera area to protect the lenses. Once installed there is also a raised half millimeter lip all around the face surrounding the screen so if you place your phone facedown the screen does not touch the surface. The power and volume buttons work perfectly with no added resistance and there is a tiny cut out for the mute switch. The quality is unbelievable, typical of Apple. There is also an embossed Apple logo on the back of the case to remind you that this is the real deal. It fits snugly and while it may protect from minor drops and scratches, I don’t know how effective it would be if you drop the phone from waist level or even shoulder level and I am not trying this for obvious reasons. I’m not one who drops my phone but if you’re a person who drops the phone often maybe a more protective case like a Maus case or OtterBox is better suited for you. However if you are looking for a classy leather case for your iPhone, I don’t think there’s anything better out there in style and in keeping the thin iPhone form factor. I am very satisfied with it. If you buy one I think you will also be very satisfied.

Great silicone iphone case. Fits well and protects edges nicely. Smooth finish, easy to hold phone. Able to access all buttons on phone easily. Charges wirelessly without any problems. Highly recommend.

If you are going to spend the money to get an inflated price case, spend the extra $10 to get the leather version. Apple’s silicon version will break chunks of the finish off and then the damage will just slowly grow. These leather cases are much more durable and sure the leather will fray with drops but it won’t come off in chunks and the damage doesn’t just grow on it’s own. However, if you learn anything from me today, buy Spigen cases. Way better quality and much better price.

I keep buying this particular brand of silicone cases for my iPhones over the years. Very easy to put on or take off. My hands do not slip while holding this case. With other cases I have dropped my phone because they literally just slip out of my hand. I do not use a phone ring because then it won't slide into my outside purse slot. The only color that tore on the corner was the white one. The orange/tangerine color is bright enough I can find my phone in larger purses.

This is my second purchase buying this phone case and it has a great sleek design. Main flaw being it has little to no protection on the front screen of the phone. The interior of the case features a nice fur like material to keep it from scratching the back side of your phone. The case does have mag safe as it’s directly from apple but I don’t see how it justifies the $50 price tag. After a while the case does seem to break down and the silicone starts to peel off revealing the plastic making it harder to hold on to the phone. Overall good looking case but bad if you want your phone to be 100% secure from drops.

To start off I would say this case is definitely overpriced as I’m the kinda of guy to usually get an under $20 Spigen case. Don’t get me wrong I’m a huge fan of Spigen cases at that price point, but the iPhone 12 Pro Max is quite an heavy phone and I use my pinky finger nestled by the lighting port in order to hold it. With other cases it was uncomfortable to hold after a short period. This leather case however is so soft and supple it makes handling such a large phone much easier and more comfortable. It also work better with MagSafe accessories than cases that are not MagSafe certified. I love the color blue that Apple choose it matches the blue 12 pro Max perfectly. Last but not least this case has metal buttons on the actual case and I would say it’s the best tactical button feel of any case I’ve ever used it feels like the actual phones buttons. Overall I wish this case was a bit cheaper but Apple did it again and made a good product, just get a tempered glass screen protector and I don’t think you would be disappointed.

I read a number of negative reviews for this product which almost caused me to avoid this Apple product. But, took a chance on it as I knew I could return with Amazon if there was an issue. Very happy I gave it a shot. If you are in the market for a minimalist / high-end leather case with an excellent magnet, this is the case for you. Unlike others have reported, the genuine Apple iPhone 12 pro max case fits like a glove. There are complaints in the reviews about phones slipping out of this case. It would be impossible for my phone to slip out of this case (that is an initial impression - it is possible it will stretch over time. if so, I'll update the review). In addition to being "Apple" quality (high end product that "Feels" good in your hands) - the case has the absolute best Magsafe magnets. The magnets are at least twice as strong as the ones in the ESR leather case I purchased prior to getting the genuine Apple case. There are complaints about protection - so yeah, you need to put a ballistic glass screen protector on your phone. And no, this is not the case for you if you are prone to dropping your phone on to concrete from heights. There are better options out there for such use cases (see Lifeproof). But, if you are in the market for a high-end/luxury, leather, minimalist case that will protect you phone from scratches and some drop protection, with the best Magsafe magnets, then this is the case for you. - L

Das Case passt genau und ist ziemlich leuchtend rot - aber nur am Anfang. Mit der „Patina“, die auf helleren Farben natürlich besser sichtbar ist, gefällt mir das Rot sogar besser. Es ist mein 2. Case. Das erste hatte schon mehrere Stürze abgefangen und sah an den Ecken entsprechend ramponiert aus ;) Ich habe immer die Ledercases von Apple, weil Leder einfach angenehmer anzufassen ist als Plastik. Die Cases haben eine sehr gute Qualität, die aber auch kostet - Apple eben. Ich empfehle es trotzdem.

I love this case. It makes my phone so fancy.

J’ai acheté 2 coques en silicone, elles n’ont même pas un an, et elles s’effritent déjà… j’ai même un doute sur l’authenticité du produit… ça aurait pu être un défaut de fabrication mais non, car la deuxième est dans le même état.
