One of Two jars was broken, they sent it anyway.
I purchased two. The first jar I opened was fine.By the time I opened the second jar, it was past the return date.The sender knew that the jar was broken, because it was taped. A broken jar of coconut oil is not a safe situation.Shame on the sender!

The product was packaged very well. The jar remained in intact and there was no spill and leakage. This product smells and tastes amazing and its wonderful on the skin as well.

This one came with MUCH better packaging. The last one I bought was over a quarter empty because the whole box was soaked in coconut oil. I have no idea how it happened since the lid was sealed and the glass not broken. I was pretty upset and felt like I had my money wasted, but I reordered anyway and this time I had no packaging issues. No leakage at all.
