This thing is so bright it would make the sun squint. It’s great for bathroom use, with a simple modern look, and ridiculously easy to install. At first, it seemed flimsy as all previous fittings had been metal which added weight. This lightweight fitting is predominantly plastic, but in a good way. It doesn’t need a metal heat shield as it doesn’t get hot. It’s a good size, and the square shape fits the aesthetic well. For its price, it’s great value and my only real issue is if I wake up and need to use the bathroom at 3am, it’s too bright to turn on without several blindfolds.

Absolutely amazing bathroom light. So bright & easy to install too. It also looks very clean & crisp as I had to change my old light as the silver developed rust. This doesn’t have any metal on it, so it won’t rust. Great price too. Highly recommend 💡💡💡

Needing to replace an aged and failing kitchen light I decided to take a chance on this. It was relatively low power and was initially relatively easy to install. There are two main parts the metal light fixing itself with a foam strip on the back to give a damage free fit to the ceiling which is secured with 4 screws and then a plastic frosted cluster that goes over the top and is initially secured with 4 really easy clamps and then two really small screws. I had read a review stating the plastic was quite flimsy, I don’t know if this had been updated or not but it was actually very sturdy. I was still gentle with it but it doesn’t feel cheap. The only issue I had with fitting is the cable feed for some reason is done off to one corner and has to pass through a very small grommet. Fine if just one 1.5mm Cable but if you have anything additional it was super tight and awkward as you have to feed it and try to bed in to the fitting. This resulted in the grommet coming out and I could not get it back in place. To the point I secured with electrical tape. Once done though securing the cable to the light was easy The brightness is very impressive and floods my relatively small kitchen with nice defuse light. There is a slight internal shadow I think casted by where the cables are inside but I don’t spend a lot of time looking into my kitchen light. All in all a few niggles but for the price I highly recommend.

Very simple light to install. Very lightweight too. The light is bright and it's certainly better than the old single bulb I had and better looking too.

Item as described been using now for a year and no faults, just the right size, colour shape and brightness for our new shower room.

Item appears cheap and simple but was easy to install. Brightness quality is superb and the slick design looks perfect in my bathroom. Just what i wanted and bought a second one for my kitchen. High cost does not always mean better and really pleased with the light.

High quality led super bright light. Easy to fit without struggling. Ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, would recommend most definitely.

I purchased this light in November 2023. Nice design, very bright white light, that up until a week ago was brilliant, then I thought the light seemed dim, and could see shadows on it, upon investigation I found that a plastic plate that covers the electrical components had melted and deformed in shape, also felt pretty hot for LEDs. Unfortunate, as up until now it’s been a very good light. Looking at the 1, 2 and 3 star reviews it would appear I’m not alone with my disappointment. It wasn’t vastly expensive, so I guess to a point you get what you pay for.

Habe diese Leuchte an der Decke in der Küche hängen. Einfache Anbringung (Dübel und Schrauben liegen bei), tolle Lichtausbeute (ggü. dem vorher angebrachten Strahler mit drei LED-Spots). Die 5000 Kelvin, welche als Lichtfarbe angegeben werden, sollen neutralweiß wirken. In der Küche mit weißen Fronten und hellem Boden wirkt es auf mich eher kalt, doch das mag ein individueller Eindruck der Gewöhnung sein. Denn die anderen Lampen in der Wohnung geben nur warmweißes Licht ab. Zum Wirtschaften in der Küche ist das Licht auf jeden Fall sehr gut geeignet. Die Schutzklasse der Lampe ist mit IP20 angegeben. Gegen eindringende Feuchtigkeit ist somit kein Schutz vorhanden. Lt. Hersteller ist der Einsatzort der Lampe ausschließlich auf Innenräume mit einer trockenen Umgebung beschränkt. Bei mir hängt die Lampe ausreichend weit von Spüle, Herd, Wasserkocher und Co. entfernt. Ich gehe davon aus, dass sie dort weder Spritz- noch Kondenswasser ausgesetzt sein wird. Andernfalls sollte eine angepasstere Schutzklasse gewählt werden. Für ein Badezimmer ist die Lampe mit Schutzklasse IP20 nicht geeignet. Im Bad mit Dusche und/oder Badewanne ist definitiv mit Feuchtigkeit und Spritzwasser zu rechnen. Je nach Montageort ist dort mindestens IP44, IP65 oder IP67 vorgeschrieben. Im Internet, vom Elektriker oder Fachhändler erhält man hilfreiche Informationen zu den Schutzklassen und den Einsatzmöglichkeiten/der Installation der Leuchten - sich vorm Kauf zu informieren hilft späteren Ärger zu vermeiden.
