I was honestly looking for a decent filter kit and a lens hood for my GH3. I stumbled across this kit and gave it a try.2 of my lenses are 52 mm and this gave me the opportunity to play with some filters.(I just received this tonight and am planning on experimenting tomorrow. I'll review and post the pictures of the different filters once I've done that)***Please note that I'm using a Panasonic GH3 to test on all these reviews. Non-mirrorless camera users may have different results.***52MM Vivitar Filter Kit (UV, CPL, FLD) with carry pouch - TBDAltura Photo ND Neutral Density Filter Set (ND2, ND4, ND8) with Carry Pouch - TBDTulip Lens Hood - So on my 14-45mm lens, I can see the edges of the hood until I zoom to around 21mm. Other than that, it seems to be a pretty stout hood. It has a ring around the screw base to accommodate shallower or deeper lens threads. It screws to the lens securely and is made of a heavy plastic.Collapsible Lens Hood - Still on my 14-45mm lens, this hood has three different lengths. The first, has no vignyetting at 14mm, the second removes it at around 18mm and when fully extended, it gives a "peephole effect" until around 28mm, where the vignyetting is gone completely. Overall, I think I'll keep this on my lens all the time. I like the idea of a rubber shock absorber for the lens.Snap-On Front Lens Cap - fits great and I'm glad I have a spare. I'm constantly stressing out about putting my lens caps down and forgetting about them.Cap Keeper Leash - I'm actually going to use this for my camcorder remote control.MagicFiber Microfiber Lens Cleaning Cloth - Is there some sort of contract that Amazon has with their camera accessory sellers requiring them to include these?Overall, I think it was a decent value. I don't think I'll use the tulip hood but I'm satisfied with the value of what I got. We'll see how the pictures and videos turn out.Hope your experience will be as good as mine.

I was so excited to get this accessory kit for my new Canon 50mm f/1.8 lens (52mm thread). Everything advertised is in the package. I immediately put the CPL and UV lenses on and they work like a charm. I don't know that I will ever use the FDL lens, but I have it if I want to and a lens wallet to keep it in that will hold 4 lenses. One thing that sold me on this particular kit is that it came with ND filters as well. There are three, ND2, ND4 and ND8 all in their own little lens wallet. I had been researching ND filters and thought for the price, this would be a great deal. I have taken a few water shots with them on and so far I am extremely pleased. I can't wait to get to the river so I can see what they can do. Kit also includes a collapsible lens hood, a reversible tulip lens hood, a lens cap and cap keeper. And as always a magic fiber cloth. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it for anyone looking to try new lenses at a reasonable price.

Solid product, cheap additional supplies work but I would suggest focusing on advertising the lenses.I haven't used many filters before, but I will say anything above ND2 really gives the image an ugly cast, even with extended exposures. I just purchased some Gobe filter set and I am very happy with that quality. I will let you know how the NDs work from that.

Great quality for the price! I'm using these ND filters to shoot a short promo for a small business. The CPL filter, in particular, is better than I expected. The cleaning cloth works well, too.Now, this is the only lens hood I have ever used, so this may be common. On the 18-55mm kit lens of the Nikon D3300, there is some vignetting at 18mm...but looking back, I believe there would NOT have been vignetting if I hadn't had the UV filter on. The lens hood isn't that important to me, but with a slight zoom I noticed all the vignetting went away even with the UV lens attached.

since I bought this I learned that it is better to buy better lenses that won't scratch as easy. So far I have taken care of these. It is a useful set that is not too expensive. Good for just trying these lenses out. Nice case, cloth and hoods.

Package arrived right on time. At first I thought filter rings were made from plastic, but when I tried to screw them on my 18-55mm kit lens I noticed they were tough to screw in properly as they were brand new and the paint had to come of a little. After that replacing the filters took couple of seconds. Lens filters are without a scratch and don't leave any noticeable artifacts other than their respective purposes. I did notice that my D3200 is taking a bit longer to focus in lesser light situations with the UV filter, which found a permanent location on my kit lens along with the petal lens hood from Altura. The filter pouch from Altura is really nice quality, while the Vivitar pouch is a bit cheaper looking. All in all, a best buy for an hobbyist photographer.

I am new to DSLR photography and this kit is a good starting point for adding some capability. All items with the exception of the lens cap were in good condition and fit perfectly. The next size up lens cap was shipped with the package and once contacted Goja quickly sent the proper size and threw in another cloth. The filter pouches are handy for keeping everything sorted and I can now attempt many new types of shots thanks to the filters.

I just received this product three days ago. Amazon's shipping is so wonderful. I tested each lens and honestly for the price this package is a great deal. I love the long, collapsible, rubber lens hood. I took my camera out in the snow and was able to last longer outside as it protects the lens itself. I tested each filter, and the quality is pretty outstanding. I'd recommend this for someone on a budget, a beginner/intermediate photographer, even professionals, although i haven't compared it to other filters to test the difference.
