2x2 is more than big enough to accommodate any coin minted in the last century. It holds silver dollars, with plenty of room to spare. However, these size flips are what is required by A N A C S when you send them any submission(s) for grading. That is the purpose I purchased these for. At the time, there were few options, so I chose this brand. They helped me meet the requirements.

I bought these to replace older ones. These have worked great for me. They fit every coin I put into them and hold them securely. I print a little information about the coin then put it in the other side and it holds that securely as well. I've had no problems with them other than I went through them quickly so I'll need to place another order.
