Petpost works great!!
I tried different methods to try and remove my beautiful Bichon's (unsightly) tear stains and nothing really seemed to work well. I found an ad for Petpost and since the product itself is inexpensive, I decided to order it via Amazon. Honestly, I did not have high expectations for the product to work but was going to try it anyway. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from the company before I got the product with "how to" instructions. The product sat under my sink for a couple of months before I remembered that I bought it. I FINALLY followed the simple directions and used it as instructed. Honestly, I noticed a slight difference right away with the removal of the "gunk" and the stain lightened as the days went by. Within the first 10 days, you could hardly tell the stains were there. I now use it a couple of times a week versus everyday for maintenance. My Bichon is high maintenance and a big baby so it took me a few extra minutes on each eye in the beginning. Make sure the cotton is saturated and go over the stain many times like instructed for a couple of minutes. I do love that it is natural ingredients and was a big reason I bought it but be careful not to get any in the eyes. I took a clean piece of cotton and wiped the eyes after each time. For the people who posted that it doesn't work, I cannot help but wonder if it was done incorrectly or not long enough. It does take some patience especially if the tear staining is bad like my Bichon's was. I would give it another try. This is truly a great tear stain remover. My only regret was not starting the product sooner!

They work!
We have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Luckily the fur around his eyes is brown, so he doesn't have stains, just eye goop! But when he takes these every day, his eyes are not nearly as goopy. We know because we stopped them for a while and they were much better when he was taking them. They're not a perfect fix, but much, much better than not using them.

BEWARE - CAN BE HARMFUL
I purchased these eye wipe pads and also a bottle of the liquid version. Plan was to keep wipes downstairs to use after morning feeding and keep liquid upstairs in bathroom to use before bed. After the first day of this routine our fur baby woke up with a very red and swollen eye. This also coincided with just going to the groomer 3 days before so my initial thought was maybe he got a small cut and it became infected. We took him to the vet that day and started a topical antibiotic. For two days I only used a warm washcloth to gently wipe his eyes and the swelling and redness were almost entirely gone. On the 3rd day his eye looked perfect so I used a wipe in the morning and by that night it was completely swollen and red again! The vet obviously recommended to stop using this product because it was now clear that it was causing a severe allergic reaction. This clearly may not happen to every dog, but please use with caution if you do choose to purchase this brand. These were already rather pricey compared to other options...adding a vet bill to it made it worse.
