Q: which charger would work to charge this battery?

This is not a battery you can charge directly, it would be fitted to a device (in my case a car dash cam) which in turn charges it. I guess it is a about 5V DC (from 12V car battery). I have also seen these used in Drones, sat navs etc... but all charge via the device not directly.
