I love my vitamins and these are right up there with my favorites. I feel I am getting all of the things I cant get throughout the day when eating regular foods epecially on the run. I feel energized and balanced for the day which allows me to focus on other parts of my diet.

I have chosen these vitamins because they are very close to the GNC Mega Men formulation, at half the price! Made in Arizona, USA.

I got what I ordered

It does not have every vitamin/mineral known to man in it but it has many of the things you should be getting every day. You can see the other pictures on this website and that clearly state what it includes. I like it because the way it is made it will dissolve in your stomach unlike some other vitamins that exist. I think the price is very reasonable. It may just be the B vitamins in it but I feel less lethargic than I used to, I feel more motivated to get things done and get organized. It didn't happen right away but within a 1 to 1 1/2 months I'm feeling better than I have in a long time. I looked this up on consumer reports website and they confirmed that it does dissolve thoroughly and contains the amount of vitamins that it advertises on the bottle.

These work well for my husband without any side effects. Several other brand combinations give him heartburn.

I started taking doses of this and now I can't sleep properly. It takes time to fall asleep every night. If I take 1 tablet per day then it feels good. Good Product but not the best.

Good quality. Affordable. I use this for supportng my hair growth

Decent, but some of the vitamins exceed the recommended daily allowances, so you have to be careful and may be not use every day.
