These need more cinnamon flavor...just my opinion. I'm going to try the peanut butter flavor next.

These cinnamon mini chips were perfect for the scones that I made. The bag had enough for two batches of scones. I was hesitant about the price of the chips, but the results made for a really nice taste in the scones.

Needed cinnamon chips for a scone recipe and couldn't find them anywhere. Amazon to the rescue! They came quickly. There will be enough for at least three or four batches. Very happy.

When these arrived I noticed they did not look fresh. They aren't melted, but the middle is one big clump and didn't separate, and there is little melted crumb particles all over the inside of the bag. I tasted one and it didn't melt but got stuck in my teeth and stayed there, like a chunk of wax. They do taste like cinnamon, but the texture is so off putting it was like paraffin in my mouth. When I tried it again next day, I didn't chew it but let it melt in my mouth, it was grainy and not smooth/melty and left an oily, waxy coating in my mouth. So disgusting, I would never put this in food.The most maddening part is I paid $13 and Amazon states this item is not returnable.

I made cinnamon crunch bagels with these and they're so good!!!!
