Perfect for sandwich loaves and brioche
This Pullman loaf pan is absolutely brilliant. I bought it for making neat sandwich loaves and soft brioche and it has performed beautifully every time. The size is generous and the shape gives you that lovely tall, even loaf that slices perfectly for packed lunches and toast. The non stick coating works very well. The dough releases cleanly and the corners come out sharp and tidy which always feels satisfying. The sliding lid fits smoothly and helps create that classic straight sided finish that looks so professional. The pan feels solid and heats evenly which makes a big difference with enriched doughs like brioche. I have had no scorching or uneven browning at all. It is also easy to wash and dries quickly. If you enjoy baking bread at home, this is a really dependable tin. It has become one of my favourite pieces of bakeware and I am very pleased with it.

Pullman bread pan success
Bought as a gift. Extremely well received “pan de mie recipe followed and perfect bread produced. Writer has ordered for himself now and looking forward to well fitting toasties as well as daily bread

remember to use parchment paper
great pan but remember to use parchment paper to stop it sticking to the pan. even if you season the pan itll stick

Lovely - but large!
Lovely tin. Heavy duty, great quality - feels like it will last. Only issue is that it states that it takes 1000g dough. It actually takes dough made with 1000g flour - so nearer to 2kg. It’s a little confusing as bread sizes are often described in terms of flour weight but as this said “1000g dough” in the description, I thought I was safe. 1000g dough (made with 500g flour) was dwarfed by this tin. Baking 2000g dough in it today. I’m sure it will be divine.

Great
This is very well made. Good quality. I have had much success making bread with this tin. It comes with clear instructions, for use and cleaning. It has a nice look and gives the bread beautiful stripes. You have the option of baking bread without the lid or with the lid if you want your loaf to have more of a cuboid shape (straight, flat top). I have been using it for almost two years and so far there are no visible scratches. Just make sure you wash it with a regular, non-abrasive sponge like you do your dishes, and follow the cleaning tips that come with it. I put it in the oven to dry after washing it.

Ich nutze diese Monfish Pullman-Brotbackform inzwischen sehr regelmäßig für klassisches Toastbrot und bin insgesamt wirklich positiv überrascht. Backergebnis Ich fülle die Form etwa zu zwei Dritteln, was sich für mich als ideal erwiesen hat. Das Brot geht schön gleichmäßig auf und bekommt eine saubere, kantige Form, perfekt für Toastscheiben. Ich backe ohne aufgesetzten Deckel, wodurch die Oberseite etwas stärker bräunt – genau so, wie ich es mag. Die Seiten werden dabei trotzdem gleichmäßig und sauber gebacken, ohne helle oder matschige Stellen. Material & Verarbeitung Schon beim ersten Anfassen wirkt die Form hochwertig und stabil. Die Oberfläche fühlt sich glatt an, aber nicht rutschig – insgesamt ein sehr angenehmes Handling. Die Verarbeitung ist top: keine scharfen Kanten, nichts verzogen, alles sauber gearbeitet. Auch der verschiebbare Deckel lässt sich leicht bewegen und sitzt sicher, falls man ihn nutzen möchte. Antihaft & Reinigung Hier punktet die Form besonders: Ich fette sie nicht ein, und das Brot fällt trotzdem komplett rückstandslos heraus. Kein Kleben, kein Reißen. Die Reinigung geht schnell und unkompliziert, selbst in den Ecken bleibt nichts hängen. Alltagstauglichkeit Die Form passt problemlos in meinen Ofen, trotz der Höhe. Auch nach vielen Einsätzen sieht sie noch aus wie neu – keine Abnutzung der Beschichtung, keine Verfärbungen. Für wen geeignet? Ich selbst bin eher Anfänger, komme mit der Form aber bestens zurecht. Gleichzeitig macht sie einen so soliden Eindruck, dass sie auch für erfahrene Hobby- oder Vielbäcker absolut geeignet ist. Größe, Form und Geschmack des Brotes kommen bei allen gut an – da gibt es nichts zu meckern. ⸻ Fazit Eine durchdachte, langlebige Pullman-Brotbackform mit sehr gutem Antihaftverhalten und zuverlässigem Backergebnis. Wer regelmäßig Toast- oder Sandwichbrot backen möchte, bekommt hier ein Werkzeug, das einfach das tut, was es soll – und das dauerhaft.

Uso queste forme da anni e sono stupende perchènon vanno unte, pane e brioches non si attaccano, la cottura è uniforme e non c'è bisogno di lavarle ma basta passarci un foglio di scottex! Costicchiano ma ne vale assolutamente la pena.
