Hitachi LG GDR-3120L Disc Drive For XBOX 360

This worked fine to fix the hardware problems I had with my Xbox360 DVD drive.It is now quiet and performs as expected. The trick is that you have to swap the PCB board from you old DVD into this one or you won't be able to play XBOX games. Alternatively, you could flash the DVD ROM with the same info as your existing drive but this is much more work.

Swapped the PCB boards from the old drive the the new one and now the 360 is back to running. Super quiet and easy install!!
