It does help with increasing lubricating the knee joint.
It helps with lubricating the knee but does not eliminate the pain. My rheumatologist recommended it, and I have noticed some improvement with doing leg lifts when working out.

Give them a try
3 pills daily and after 2 weeks. I can honestly say my knees and joints do feel a little better. I was referred to by an older co worker who swore on this product. I’m glad I took his advise and tried it out. I’ll continue to monitor and see how well these pills do after 2 months.

This product has helped me for years with joint issues

Not effective in severe OA
Easy to swallow. No GI upset but after one month no improvement in my severe OA in my knees. Too bad for me. Maybe take it earlier for this condition.

It Works! Helped me in 10 days
I broke my ankle 4 yrs ago and also tore my meniscus and acl. Surgeon said there was nothing he could do. Also had lubrication injected in my knee as well as PRP. Nothing worked. I play golf and wasn’t able to bend down without my knee killing me. Couldn’t workout either! My golf pro told me he has been using this product for years. He went off it after 6 months to see if there was a difference and the pain came back. I started this a month ago. I was on the golf course, 10 days later and realized that when I bent down to get my ball out of the hole, there was no pain. I have told everyone I know about this. 3pills a day and I’m back. Leg presses, leg curls -all perfect. I know there a tons of benefits but all I care about is my knee. I’m so impressed. It’s an absolute must.
