Q: I'm concerned that this arrived unsealed, the box and also the jar. Is this normal packaging?

I received this product 2/27/2022. It arrived with the box torn where someone had already opened it. The inner seal was missing, it was not a full jar, part of product was missing. I called customer service, a new jar is being sent. Was advised to discard the used one. My question is how did this not get noticed when it was being prepared for shipment? The torn box was very noticeable. It was obviously a returned item. Looking forward too trying this product on my 77 year old skin.

Q: is it fragrance free?

If you are sensitive to fragrance, this will probably be pretty strong. If you like fragrance, this is probably a good one. Personally, I really wish they would make a fragrance-free version - I love the effect of the cream on my skin, but can’t deal with the smell. I’ll have to find something different.

Q: What's the appropriate age for this?

I personally would say around the age if 40, I myself am 60, but Neutrogena has done my face and body wonderfully!!!

Q: Does this clog pores?

Not at all. I specifically buy Neutrogena for this reason.
