Love my purchase happy with end productCons wires are very long. those lights are made more for cathedral ceilings however if u don’t have cathedral type of ceilings you have to cut all 8 wires to your desired length and reconnect it. My husband was able to do this himself but it is a PIA (pain in ass) for me Who knows nothing about electrical installation. First we attempted to wrap and gather all excess wires and fit it into the panel in the ceiling and screw it closed however there was just too many wires so this wasn’t working hence we had to resort to cutting all the excess wires and reconnecting it. There after adjusted it to the desired lengthExpensive light fixture had this light in my cart for months and just didn’t give in to buying for over 400 dollars until the price dropped and it did by 30 dollars for July 4th and then I decided to purchase. I still paid 400 bucks for it with the addition of taxes but I got 30 dollars off which was still cheaper Another con Does not come with light bulbsPros looks good and stands out in my dining roomglass jars from light matches my glass table

First of all the package arrived damaged; second - there were a lot of small scratches, chips on the glass items etc (one was even with a crack!). In other words not what you expect to see for five hundred light fixture. I saw the same fixture at my friends house and it was totally flawless; I don't know maybe mine was from a bad batch.

This has to be the worst distributor that I have ever dealt with from Amazon. The product was received damaged. One of the glass globes were broken and I can't get the distributor to return my telephone calls. I would not buy anything from LightdOnLine. The product itself is what I paid form. It is just the distributor that is faulty.

We did a complete remodel on our kitchen and enlarged the center island considerably so I needed #2 of these fixtures to fill the space. All the lights come pre-set to the same length and YOU need to measure, cut and bundle all the wires to make this fixture work. If this does not appeal to you, consider a different fixture or hire a professional to do the install. The measuring and cutting of the individual wires is daunting, to say the least. The instructions are pretty clear and the seller was great from beginning to end. One of my fixtures arrived with broken glass. I emailed the seller and they had the manufacturer direct ship the replacements to me. Everything was smooth and easy.

Very nice pendant light assembly. I agree with another review person. Putting the longer screws in would definitely help in the installation. I did not, and I really had to push on the fixture to get enough threads to show to get the fastener started. I also had to trim the wires, and this does take some additional time. Out of the three strands, the hot has no trace on the jacket. The Neutral has a white trace, and the Ground a green trace. I had a hard time distinguishing between the green and white traces because it was dark and I was using a flash light to separate these. Just be careful and make sure you get these correct. I used an ohm meter just to double check myself from the wire ends to the fixture. When you cut your wires to length, do not leave a lot of extra in the fixture cavity. It will be harder to push this up and keep them from spilling out of the sides and will reduce the pressure on the fixture so it lays more flush against the ceiling. I only left about several inches extra for each wire and this still caused it to create about a 1/4" gap between the finished fixture and the ceiling. Most people will not even notice, but I guess I'm a perfectionist. I highly recommended to have another person around when your ready to hang this fixture. I did it myself and my arms become very sore trying to hold this with one hand trying to get the nut fastener on it. Also, the instructions appeared to tell you to hang the globes on it before you mount it to the ceiling. Why I do not know. Obviously don't do it. (You don't need the extra weight or chance of breaking a globe). (I also noticed that some of the globes will have different thicknesses too... Again.. most people won't notice unless you look very carefully). I left all my lights at the same height for my fixture. My overall height was 30" from the ceiling to the bottom of the glass. I have a 8' ceiling so this made the lights about 5.5' from the floor and about 3' above my table. After cleaning the globes and my finger marks, I installed the Edison bulbs, and it looks GREAT !!ps. I purchased the Edison Bulb Pack of 4 by Brillante - 360 Lumen Clear bulbs and would recommend them. I love the lights (I ordered two), each at $333. Imagine my surprise to find the exact same fixture for $199 at Lowes. For this reason, I found these to be way over priced, plus shipping for one of the fixtures took forever, even though they were listed as Prime.

Stylish looking light. Slightly difficult to install and get globes to be even.
