They are great! The taste is amazing it’s like you were drinking a banana strawberry smoothie, I’ve been taking them for a couple of weeks now and of notice my nails are not that brittle they grow faster and feel stronger. I suffered from very weak nails. They are very easy to swallow and if you’re a vitamin lover it’s an easier way to consume ZINC than taking pills since zinc is very strong. For the last several of months my nails have been very brittle and breaking constantly. My hair was coming out in clumps in the shower and in my comb. To the point I was getting seriously concerned and collected it for 2 weeks to show my Dr. an example and not be told “hair loss is natural” again. More frequent replacement of the strips made them weaken faster I think.Hair growth is normal, still losing small amount of hair in the shower, haven't noticed new growth on my scalp yet. I admit I was skeptical about these at first but figured I’d try them out. I have been loosing weight over the past 9 months and I noticed I was loosing more hair than usual and it was feeling a little thin so what did I have to loose.
