Good value and fast delivery. No taste, easy to swallow. Getting vitamins delivered next day free is a lot easier than driving to the drugstore/mega chain.

I got a blood test and my vitamin b12 levels are sky high, I actually have to stop taking this. So if that’s any indicator that this is working! The dosage may be too high to take consistently and safely however… I don’t recommend taking such a high dosage.

I take these and I find this is a great product. Pill is a little large, but it swallows easily with any liquid I have found this has helped me.

I immediately noticed an improvement in bowel movement after taking this! I always take after I get up with a bottle of water and go use the bathroom right after. I, however, do not notice an improvement in energy, but I have to take it a bit longer. Very easy to take as well, coming from someone who has extreme trouble swallowing pills.
