It’s great

I think this is a great investment, especially if you and your family want to drink more water but don’t want to spend the money buying filtration systems or water bottles. The water dispenser works excellently. The cold water is cold and the hot water is always hot, which is great. No need to put the kettle on for tea. This is a one stop shop for clean water. The dispenser is relatively quiet. When it is cooling water, it just turn on and make some noise but that is expecting since it is working. It is equivalent to the sound of the fridge kicking on to create ice cubes or cool down the inside after the door has been open for a while. It is just a quiet hum. I am very happy with my purchase and this was well worth the investment.

I wish I could have given this product 5 stars. I ordered this top loader water cooler for my home. I’ve only had it for a few weeks. I read a lot of reviews about this product before buying it. Every review is up for discretion even mine. There’s only one thing I can say bad about this product and it seemed to be the same in most of the reviews. When, I plugged in the product it was quiet. Then, I turned on the cold water compressor/motor. There began the noise. When the compressor/motor comes on the machine is really loud. This noise is different from the humming because it’s plugged in. The compressor /motor sounds like an old car trying to start and when it does it definitely will startle you. There is also a little rattle noise from the back of the component when the compressor/motor runs as well. The compressor/motor doesn’t stay on long. The noise is annoying for sure especially if you have a small home like mine. The design and the style of the water cooler matches my appliances. One of the reasons why I chose this product is for it’s design. I only wanted the water cooler for the ease of drinking cold water and not going in and out my refrigerator. I have not tried the room temperature nor the hot water function as of yet. I think the cold water is as cold as if you were to get it from your refrigerator. There are 3 buttons on the machine Hot, Cold and Room temperature. The hot water button does have a lock on it. There are two more buttons on the side of the machine. This is to turn on/off the compressor/motor for the hot and cold water. I haven’t had any leaks thus far. The water cooler is very easy and simple to use. It’s light enough for a small woman like myself to move if you need to clean around it. The instructions are easy to read and understand. The item in the box may be a little heavy just saying. The size is great for my small space. Oh yes, the price was great too. Hope the pictures help too.

I love having ice cold, room temperature or hot water for tea on tap. Since purchasing this water cooler, I have cut my soft drink consumption to nearly zero and replaced my drinking habits with only water or tea. I needed to clean it after the 2 month mark because it started tasting like mildew, but that's expected of any cooler. When the compressor kicks on, its noticeable, but after a while, it just becomes background noise. Overall a good purchase.

This product work as expected until it didn’t. I ordered the product on September 8, 2022 and it broke on October 29, 2022. When it broke, the room temperature faucet started to drip endlessly. To make matters worse, Brio support was unavailable on the weekend, so I reached out to Amazon for assistance. I used nearly a five gallon container walking through Amazon’s various troubleshooting steps. It was at this point Amazon attempted to reach out to Brio for support. On November 1, 2022 Amazon called back to tell me they still could not get a hold of Brio support. However, they offered me the path to receive a refund, which included me finding a box to return the cooler in, printing an Amazon shipping label, and returning it to the nearest UPS store, which for me is an hour away. All at a cost to me. I was then informed there would be a $29 dollar fee, as this was outside the return window, so my refund wouldn’t even cover my loss. My recommendation, I would stay away from this brand. They seem to have quality control issues. At this point I'm not even sure why I am a Prime member? Amazon shouldn't allow this junk on their site.

Good quality and easy to clean. Hot enough for tea or coffee, it should last for a while.

The cold water dispenser button has a tendency to stick in the open position. We've been using this for ONE WEEK!! I contacted Brio on Friday and still no response. Not happy!

I love the convenience of having cold water and hot water. We have really hard well water so it's nice that we can have good water. Still. Machine works as advertised. We love it!
