A A Milne gets Serious
There I was, heart filled with glee, anticipating what adventures Winnie, Piglet, Tigger et al were about to get up to in 21st century China and it was just some veiled attempt at ignoring ethnic cleansing, bioweapons and various other human rights abuses that Winnie is instigating. Certainly not a book for children. 1 year old daughter hasn't stopped crying.
