I'm very happy with this device!
I have been putting off buying something like this, forever. I have something wrong with my legs and the doctors can't figure it out. I have intermittent degrees of pain and sometimes, some edema. When it's muggy in the summer, my feet swell and it's very uncomfortable.I love these leg wraps. You don't have to choose a size like many others. The pieces have huge areas of super-sticky velcro, so one size pretty much fits all. You can run "continuous" or "separate" modes. Continuous is a pre-programmed sequence of inflating zones/sleeves to try to move the edema up and out of your hard-to-circulate areas like your calves and feet, due to gravity. Separate is where you can choose what zone. Looking at the controller pic, it's easily understood: (T)high, (C)alf, and (F)oot. There's four settings of inflation. More air equals more pressure. It defaults to the second setting. I found the first setting was a gentle squeezing on the legs and a firm squeezing on the foot. The second setting was a little painful on my calves, but they're sensitive anyway so I don't blame the machine.I'll use two twenty-minute sessions on continuous, then it starts getting painful. But by then so much edema is removed from my feet, I can feel the tarsal bones. I can also feel/see my calf muscle. I can feel that the edema has been removed.A couple of things and I'll wind up this book. It is not a magic fingers massager. I don't think massage is an appropriate word for it. It's compression, but one part of the sequence is a compress/decompress, almost like a kneading, but it's only for a bit. I fell asleep once from it. It IS relaxing. Plug the cord into the wall, then into the unit. It's less of a draw, I find. The unit is the pump and it's very quiet. There is a chemical smell at first, but it will fade, just put them somewhere to air out.In conclusion, I love it! It helps the body circulate as it should normally. Plus, $30 off is like getting it for a steal! I hope this was helpful. I would use it in bed, where you can sprawl out because if you crimp a hose, the cuff won't inflate. If it gets painful, just power it off, and it quickly deflates.

Great value for what it is.
The media could not be loaded. As a NYC teacher, I’m constantly on the go averaging 5-10miles walking a day; with all that “wear and tear” on my legs and feet, they start to get really sore. In a perfect world, I can go for daily or at least weekly massages, but on a teacher salary... that’s not an option. My physical therapist recommended for me to try a leg massager as a substitute, and I’ll admit I was skeptical at first, but I figured I’d give it a try - for the price of 1 in-person massage, let’s see if I could get infinite amount of massages from the comfort of my home. TO MY SURPRISE, this was a lot better than I expected! Sure it may not be finger width pressure pin pointing on an exact location; however, the ‘inflatable air bags’ do provide a substantial amount of pressure along the muscle group, and it has helped with the aching - especially since COVID muscle pains. I will admit it’s a bit odd taking it out of the box and trying to figure out what’s what, but everything is perfectly labeled with a detailed instruction manual on how to use it. Also, the neat part to me was that the remote control also doubled as the air filling mechanism, saving valuable space in a tiny apartment - hardly makes any noise either.Would absolutely recommend for any time of day, especially if you’re on the couch reading / watching some tv - it’s like a double whammy of getting stuff done at the same time!!

Quit working 5 days after return window closed
Thought this was great! It really helped my husbands legs~his legs have always given him problems at night, when he used this it did seem to alleviate some of the issues that prevented a good nights sleep(his and mine!). Not 100%,but some relief is better than none! It seemed that the $79. was money well spent. UNTIL…5 days after the return window closed,it quit working. It wouldn’t inflate at all, then, after numerous attempts(and making sure no kinks in the lines, etc),it just kept shutting itself off. NOT AT ALL HAPPY-we have a very limited income,$79 is quite a bite out of our budget, especially when the item only lasted barely 1 month(with very minimal usage). To be out the money with a unusable product is very frustrating, and yes,I’m going to say I’m angry(did I mention, instead of a birthday present for my birthday,I felt the money would be better spent trying to alleviate his frustrating fight with his legs night after night). Also, just a heads up,if you’re still interested in this product,it doesn’t take into consideration that a taller person may want to use this. My husband is 6’4” and the air lines could use to be a bit longer-it made it a bit difficult to put this on while not kinking the lines(I ended up having to put it on for him while making adjustments until it was placed correctly on him). It’s unfortunate that it quit working,as we can’t afford to replace it anytime soon. UPDATE: 5 Stars, discovered it was the power supply cord having issues. I found a power supply cord with all the same specs and it is working wonderfully!! Now,after spinal surgery,my husbands physical therapist(and Doctors)were thrilled to hear we had this and said please use it as it is very therapeutic after injury/surgery such as his was
