I love it
I'm very happy with my indoor camera I can use it to be able to see anyone that is coming to my house as I don't have a great view to see who's coming to my houese and have a side door entrance.Gives me that extra peace of mind.Very easy to setup on the app and pair up with my Alexa on the echo too for seamless notifications of motion detected.Picture is brilliant during the day and at night aswell, love the addition of the sync module included with the camera as I can view my camera at anytime of the day.Overall I'm very satisfied with my new indoor camera.

Great cameras but battery life can be short
I purchased 4 of the indoor cameras, plus the hub, just to keep an eye on my property while I was asleep or away. The system was easy to set up over WiFi and the fact that the cameras are movable is an excellent feature. The whole thing is well made and to be honest I wouldn’t be without it now. The only caveat is battery life claims. My camera in my hallway lasted 4 months (you get a big red flashing light on the camera if the battery is dead). There was no warning the battery was low, in fact a few days before I checked and it said the battery was good. This camera was in a high traffic area so I wasn’t expecting 2 years battery life but I was expecting a warning. Plus there was a crash at their end that lasted a few hours in April 2024 which meant the whole system was unusable.Having said that I will go for the outdoor security ones as well, it is a good product with flaws. My tips would be change out the batteries if you are going away for a holiday just to be safe and be prepared for the occasional once in a year crash. But having said that it is a very good customisable home security system.

Worth Every Penny
Bought one Blink battery camera, to save running cables, and a sync module because one (or both of our dogs) has decided to do its business indoors during the night and we didn't know which one it was. The setup was easy, we bought a camera stand to save drilling holes but the camera is so light I think it could be put on the wall using Velcro pads. I was surprised by the functionality too, one being the ability to schedule when the cameras motion detection becomes active i.e. at what times during which days. To save messing about with memory cards we signed up to the web for £80 a year and as we've now decided to buy another two cameras the subscription gives us 10% off any additional Blink items that we buy plus we can link as many items to the one sync module as we want! Now thinking of buying the Blink doorbell too. Play back was good, picture clear even in the dark, unfortunately the dogs must know it's there as since we've had it they haven't done anything bad!! A good to know is that the QR code for the camera is under the battery cover!

Bad support with cryptic error messages
Bought these about 8 months ago. Installation was easy enough and I did not buy the cloud plan. Added a USB stick to the Sync Module after the 30 days free plan so that I could record the clips locally and everything was working fine. Clips were being stored on the USB stick and everything was good.Till 2 months ago.Cameras now work as expected but clips are not recorded. The cryptic message "Manifest Stale. Please re-request." show up on the clips tab of the app where no clips are recorded anymore. Support documentation is bland, and not the least helpful. They show only unhelpful options like "reset the Sync Module" or "reset your Wi-Fi router". They even have a dedicated page explaining how the problem can be your internet access. Wholly unhelpful.Customers are left with only forums to search for their answers. Some customers sorted this issue by resetting the device, unplugging and plugging it back again, switching the USB stick, or removing the Sync Module from the security group and adding it again. I tried all of these options and still get the same errors.I am a tech person and this "Manifest Stale" error message is a programming term for when requests to a server fail. After years in the market with so many customers it baffles my mind that a company would leave such technical jargon in a product that is clearly intended for the general public. Sloppy, incompetent, and one more example of "launch the product and we'll figure the rest later". Only the rest was never "figured" because the product was acquired by Amazon and fell into corporate limbo.Apparently, paid subscription users do not have this kind of problem so I'm guessing they paywalled the entire functionality/solution.I only imagine if it was my nan working these cameras on her house. Imagine a 60-year-old lady trying to figure out what is happening and why she can't see any clips a security camera was supposed to register for her.For a general consumer product, the diagnosis of the issue at hand demonstrates incompetence since there is absolutely no way to know what the cause of the issue is. If you need help, you will have to figure it out by yourself or hope someone already sorted it out and took the time to post it online.
