I love cinnamon
I take this every day. These are larger capsules so I have to take them with something thicker than water if I want to feel like it won't get stuck. So far so good. I'll go back to my regular size once these are gone.

Was not successful in controlling my sugar
Anecdotal, and I understand that many other factors can come into play when attempting to regulate blood sugar naturally, but my A1C was unaffected at 3 months and 6 months of usage. Simply didn't work for me.
