Does this slipper have a lip at the heel? Trying to reorder what I currently own.

There is no lip at the heel. It is a true open back slipper.

Really warm and the sole is sturdy

I have marble floors inside my home and these slippers keep me warm, no cold gets to my feet! I tried several other brands and my feet were always cold or cold and sweaty!Love the sole, it’s proper rubber, it’s not wearing off, not one of those cheap ones that wear off in time! Excellent!
