Raizi V Full Bullnose Diamond Hand Profiler/Router Bits for Granite Countertop

This bullnose profiler was amazing when I first used it BUT it only lasted 2 days. I was cutting 16 copings for a wall and needed both sides bullnosed and I only got through 11 until it started playing up and breaking.Dipping it in cold water every so often so it didnt get too hot aswel but I have ordered another one in the hope it lasts longer and was a faulty one. Leaves a wicked finish though after a gentle sanding down.

Does the job on 20mm porcelain slabs. So far it has shaped 20 linear meters. At first, I found the tool was marking the slab because the fly wheel was rotating with the bit. However, once the fly wheel stops and the grinder keeps spinning, it works a treat, any marks that were made at the start are ground away. When starting the grinder, the fly wheel often spins with the grinder bit. It's t's not recommended to make the initial contact with an already profiled edge, as it'll leave a mark. Always make initial contact with a cut edge, then, once the fly wheel stops spinning, the risk of marking the face of the tile are gone.

Good quality and well built however it kept marking the top of the porcelain slab. Reverted to a bullnose wheel, much easier to use and didn't mark the top. Have used the product so can't send back will try and sell on to recoup some of the £55 wasted. Go for a wheel instead for under £20

Good product. Works perfectly with wet or dry cutting. Definitely recommend. It could be bit less expensive.
