Very mild, no heat, just flavor!
I was looking for a mild curry powder because I'm a wimp when it comes to spicy. This fit the bill perfectly. I wanted the curry flavor but not any heat. So far I have used it in a veggie quiche, a sheet pan bake with potatoes, and in a pot of soup. You get a big bag of curry powder, so I divided it up and gave some to my daughter's. I don't know anything about authentic curry powder, but I like this product and highly recommend it.

What's Not to Love
Best - BEST - curry I have used. I worked for about six months in India. I know what true, quality curry tastes like. This is it without the extreme heat, so I can use more as I want t he spices to come through.

Good value BUT
I thought it would be more curry savory but it has a lot of cinnamon, nutmeg edge. Still good if you balance it with more savory/salty spices.

Sweet flavorful and well rounded punch into my chicken soup. I use this more than any other spices in my cabinet.

Really good taste and balance of spices
I have tried a number of curries and particularly like this one. It is good quality and the blend of spices is a nice balance. It is also not spicy, which I prefer so I can add my own level of spice to my taste for a particular dish.
