A must for Entremet's and food presentation
I bought them to make this entremet, and they are the perfect size. I have also used them for food presentation.They are made of a high quality metal and are easy to clean. I bought a second set after purchasing the first to expand on what will become my entremet chapter of cooking.

I bought these to practice making entremets at home to build up my portfolio, it will work for that purpose. I just don't see it working for mass production as they are smaller than I expected them to be.
