Dylon SOS Colour Run Remover, 150ml (2)

Used to remove pink colour from whites.Made the whites really bright, so much so that I will probably use regularly to prevent greying.Be aware though that this did bleach the coloured motif on a pair of socks so may not be suitable to use on coloured fabric.

I used this on a pink dress to remove blue colour run. I used it in n the washing machine and followed the instructions. This product has turned my pink dress orange with patches of bleach all over it. I will never use this product again as my dress is completely ruined. I’ve given it 1 star only because I had to.

This product does what it says, it's only drawback is, the longer you leave your garment/garments in it, the more likely that it will also start taking out the original colour as well. It didn't bother me too much as I preferred the lighter colour, hence the four stars.

Smells a bit gross but this product is AMAZING. Twice I’ve managed to wash a red and white striped item at the wrong temperature causing a colour run. Twice this product has come to the rescue and restored the white stripes. I love it and it’s so easy to use!

I put a new yellow jumper in the wash and the colour ran despite already owning the same jumper in a different colour which was fine. The colour transfer was different on a lot of items but at least not patchy. My husband’s white shirt had a pale lemony look but underwear was very yellow! The SOS did work on 100% colour but only a bit on anything else so quite disappointed.

Son had two favourite tee shirts, one grey, one white, that ended up blue/green in the wash. Ran them through a 60 degree wash with this product, but made no difference. Got the colour out the grey one eventually by soaking in warm water. Was worth a try, but an expensive one.

Didn’t work!

Unfortunately it did not remove the colour run, but it may have been there for some time
