One of a set of four that I had order was broken, and upon contacting the company they provided a couple of amenable options, one was to reship the order at no additional cost. These containers, the 116 quart (19 gallons), have NO rival in terms of quality, sturdiness and latching handles that actually latch and remain comfortable. They also remain latched and don't pop open or off. They are ESSENTIAL, absolutely ESSENTIAL, for storage either in home or at a facility. I use them in my storage units and have nearly combined two units into one. They can be stacked to the ceilings of all the units I've had, and it's so less daunting to look at nice, neat rows of these big containers than to open the rolling door, see squished boxes everywhere & slam the door back down. Aside from being roomy, they hold so many important items safely and cleanly. The sturdy plastic keeps things dry & "sealed" and don't get chewed away like roaches & cardboard. You can write on them with a marker, label them, look through them, divide them by contents, whatever. These awesome containers allow you to skip the nasty, dusty storage game of "What's in that box and can I trust what's written on it? Or was that from the last move?" With these you can just look through to the contents! And who hasn't thought "Oh, if I stretch just a little further I can reach..." and ended up sprawled face down across dirty, dusty boxes stabbing you in the ribs or stomach? Or, the joy of standing on that 3rd box when they all collapse under you? So avoid the stress and bodily injuries by using these streamline, stress free, stacking storage containers. And no matter what you store in these, they return to you with the original scent- no funky what's-being-stored-in-the-next-unit?odor. As an added bonus, if you have small children, the shipping box is big & lightweight enough to make a playhouse out of it for them. This keeps them occupied while you organize. If not, just cut off the easy packing tape strips & it's ready to recycle asap. One last note: the lids will be on either end of the box in their own cardboard partition. I decided to write a review after I received my most recent order containing my 11th box of 4 equaling yes, 44. That's how incredibly useful & practical and durable these are. I haven't had a single one crack anywhere, even when a friend tripped over himself and crashed into one!

I love these and how well they snap to lock. I am using them to pack a storage unit and they’re a perfect size to carry alone or stack one by one. They’ll bend if overstuffed but, they should.

This is just to let you know that in some situations these have an issue... There's no molded in feet or other projections on the corners as I expect from storage bins, and as a result in my situation they are completely flat against the plywood floor in a cargo trailer. This translated into trapped condensation humidity and mold, which I didn't notice until using them for a few months. I have to add little rubber feet with screws, although given that I'm using six of them under a bed, it may make more sense to find some breathable mat material that won't wrinkle when I pull them out or push them back into their home slots. If you have them on carpet, on shelves, or otherwise in a warm home setting without condensation conditions, I'm sure they're perfectly fine. They are strong, the lids work well, and they stack nicely. I didn't know there were any such products without standoff bumps on the corners, so I did not think to look when making the purchase, although my application is a little bit unusual. I also wouldn't park them on a concrete basement floor, for the same reason.

Very sturdy and the lids fit snugly without being difficult or to lose. It's a fantastic brand that I trust. It is perfect for me to store my craft kits in. Easy to grip to lift without worrying about the lid popping off.

These storage containers are my favorite brand. The plastic withstands the abuse of everyday life and protects against the elements and calamity. The latches make them easy to transport and keeps the lid on when you stack them. The manufacturer color-codes the latches and lids so if you have multiple sizes it's easy to sort them. And they have a nice tidy look to them once everything is stored. And the clear bottom sections make it easy to see what's inside. That makes it easy to stack and organize material in various environments. And when they latch closed, they stay closed.
