Good Product
Have been using Ultra Mibile for a while now and I am pretty impressed with its service. May not be as good as any major carrier but among the smaller ones, this shoud be at the top. Regarding the product, packaging was good and no damage reported. Received it on time. Was able to activate it without any hassle and got the 29$ plan up & running with automatic renewels for the next 6 months. Have to see further if I face any issue in between.

Do not use Ultra Mobile Service. They are suck !!!!!
Paid 6 month pre funded sim card. Contacted Ultra Mobile Representative to port and activate the phone sim card. I tried three different ultra mobile representative. None of these help activate my phone. They even told me my sim card only had one month service. I feed up with it and I returned the sim card. I will never use ultra mobile service. They hired incompetent worker. No wonder the service are cheap.

NO REFUND...WORST SIGNAL QUALITY
There is NO REFUND ONCE ACTIVATED. SIGNAL QUALITY IS very worst. Do not go for this unless you are sure of signal quality in your area
