I purchased mine on December 31st and the stitching tore all across the bottom of the bag and today is March 31st. So lucky I didn't lose anything!

Q: The dimensions say 19 x 11 x 10. Is this true, or is the bag smaller?

It sounds about right. It’s a good size bag and my daughter loves it. She uses it for her volleyball, gear and sneakers. She could put much, much more in the though.

Q: Does it fit nicely under an airplane seat?

Not sure. For big planes it could fit, but small internal flights I do not think so. It’s risky though. I would not recommend for an under seat.
