The product is great, but how ever these delivery drivers are still not following the instructions that I ask them to follow. Which is to please ring the doorbell, So that no one else will steal my package. I would really love that please.

The hat arrived crushed and no proper fedora shape. Disappointed. Not the same color as the picture.

Hat was great, but when packaged, the hat was compressed and I couldn't get the wrinkles out of the hat.
