NASM Essentials of Personal Fitness Training 7th Edition

This book is in great condition. I would say it’s brand new.! However I did not pay a new price. The seller has awesome books.!

I have returned the book as I decided to go a different direction but after receiving it, I was very shocked how well it is made. It has a lot of pages and the cover is solid. Definitely is brand new and has a ton of great context within. I might give it a try again maybe one day if I have more time.

I bought this during Black Friday deals and only paid $49 for it and it's basically brand new. There was a page or two that were folded in the book but that doesn't matter. I just started my studying for my nasm certifications. And this will be a great help to look back into and get it more information that's probably not on the online training.

I have been certified by NASM for what seems like forever and have been teaching NASM curriculum at a NASM education partner for 5 years. So glad they changed the text book - it is finally in an order that makes sense, statistics are updated, and it has a nice flow. I will forever call phase 3 the hypertrophy phase but that’s a small detail.
