Never smash a tennis ball again!
Absolutely LOVE using these! I have smashed and destroyed more tennis balls/new dog toy balls than I care to admit. I have knots in my shoulders and back that are painful. These are firm but don't feel like hard plastic (since it's not made of that). Also, it was a game changer using these on my glutes to alleviate deep soreness. I lay on my carpeted floor and never worried about smashing the ball as I gently rolled over it. Hands down, I wish I had purchased these years ago!

Extra perfect
These are perfect for stretching out the tendon in the bottom of my foot. I plan to use them against the wall for any back tension as I've used a tennis ball for that in the past. These are firmer than a tennis ball. I think that makes them extra perfect.

Great quality and very effective for muscle relief. However, the unisize may not work for everyone—my wife is short and finds them a bit large for some areas. Would be better with size options.
