Does this help with flare up? I am in the midst of one.

I take it continuously. Difficult to deal with a flare up.

When did you start seeing results ?

Improvement within about 10 days, two weeks. I also take a probiotic and am very careful of diet when I’m having an episode. Take it every day.

How do you keep supplement in body to absorb nutrients rather than passing it whole which is what happens?

Be more careful of your diet. Bananas, rice, toast help get me back to normal.
