Worked wonderfully for my SE. looks like new. no problems so far. Screen is like original! If you have zero experience with electronics, then make sure you at least have someone to help problem-solve. Screen protecter is very high quality and is crystal clear.

I still have my old iPhone 5s as basically a kids toy for my 2 yo. Well she dropped it one too many times and the screen didn't crack but was not displaying properly. So I decided to order this and try replacing the screen myself. The process is actually pretty easy but I'm experienced with taking apart electronics so it maybe a bit intimidating for a novice or first timer. The tool kit was perfect and had every tool you need to perform this fix. After I got it installed it works like a charm perfectly fits and now my 2 yo has their phone back with a working screen. IMPORTANT: You MUST transfer your old home button from your old screen to the new screen otherwise your phone will not boot. I learned this the hard way by not reading the description or the instructions. So after I transferred the home button (again relatively easy) it booted up perfectly!PROS: Fits perfect just looks just like the OEM screen, really inexpensive and great value considering it comes with all the tools you need AND a screen protector.NEGATIVES: The screen isn't the most durable I just tried to clean it with a microfiber towel and it ended up with a few micro scratches right off the bat so you'll for sure need to put the screen protector on. The instructions it comes with is has tiny print and pictures and are basically not worth it. Just go to YouTube and teach for "iFixit iPhone 5s Screen replacement" and it give you pretty good 5 min video on how to do it including the home button swap.Overall great product works well and awesome value especially for this old of a phone to keep it going for a couple more years. Would def recommend to anyone who needs to replace an iPhone 5s screen.

Well its not as bright as the original so when the auto dimming feature kicks in you can barely see anything on the screen. However with it turned of, it is bright enough and feels responsive to the touch. Over all i think its well worth $20 with tools included.

Have an old Iphone SE from 2016 which I really love. It fits easily in my pocket, has all the apps I need and has been bulletproof so far. Cracked the screen and found this replacement unit. Installation was pretty straight-forward and only took about 20 minutes. I appreciated that the replacement screen I purchased came with the button and camera installed. The hardest part was reconnecting the ribbons, with limited space and the connectors are so darn small. The new screen is actually brighter and more clear than the old one was and the camera quality is excellent. Overall, pretty happy.

Incomplete. Missing front camera, earpiece, and the metal bracket that goes behind the screen. I already threw away my broken one as I've never had a screen not come with these. They should have at least noted it in the description. There are no complete screens for this phone on amazon anymore, had to get one on ebay.UPDATE- I found the missing parts from an old phone and installed them. The quality is AWFUL. Replacement screens never match the color of the original but this is absolutely the worst I've ever seen. Everything is extremely blue and the details are blurry. Pure garbage. Plus the glass has no oleophobic coating at all so the slightest touch leaves it extremely smudged. Pure crap, sending this back.

This worked well for replacing my cracked screen. I wish they would have explained more about getting it separated. I followed the instructions. Tried to separate slowly with the gap tool. Then all of a sudden all the sealant released and the screen popped off severing the touch sensor.If I was using this device for anything other than an iPod for my kid, I’d be irritated about this.But it works and everything is there. I don’t know how you could be anymore careful than I trying to get the screen off. Maybe use a heat gun?
