This is a great door lock, I bought this November 2023 and I'm just now having to change the batteries. Was very easy to install, and set up with the app. After 3 years, no glitches, no problems, excellent buy. Would definitely recommend

4 years and counting. item is easy to install and easy to operate. have had zero issues. only negative is giving someone fingerprint access you are now unable to lock them out .

I bought three for my house and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. It was delivered on-time and in a well-packaged box. Installing them went smoothly, although you should know that you should put your existing deadbolt below this lock, which takes a little bit extra time. Once installed, it took me only a few minutes to download the app and gain control of my lock. You can generate codes quickly, however, it creates randomized codes. To set the code to what you want, you first need to unlock the door with the new code, then you can change the code to what you want it on your app. It would be nice if you could just create new codes that you choose right away, but it's a small inconvenience and only needs to be done once. It's nice that you can name codes so it's easy to identify who unlocked the door rather than having to remember whose unique code it was. Setting a custom finger print is also easy (it only takes 4 samples of your finger to setup) and works well. The door locks instantly after entering your code or using your fingerprint. Once you have all the custom codes that you want in one lock, you can import them into other locks with a couple clicks. You cannot import custom fingerprints (to my knowledge). Again, a minor inconvenience that you only need to do once. To summarize: Pros: -Slick and durable door handle -User friendly app with fast setup -Lots of different entry options to fit your need Cons (no major concerns): -Deadbolt needs to go below this doorhandle -To create custom codes, you first need to enter the new randomized code before editing the code -No import for fingerprints If I ever need a new set of door locks, I would have zero hesitation purchasing these again.

Pretty functional smart lock. Lots of ways to access, robustly made ,mostly easy to use. I did have a problem come up with it but their team is quickly responsive and accurate with solutions. Still evaluating for battery life, but unlike some, it uses 4 AA's, not 8. So if they burn up a little faster it's no big deal. But I think they'll go about a year, which is plenty.

This lock is pretty cool. It locks automatically so there’s no worries about forgetting if you lock the door or not. Uses fingerprint, keypad, key fob, and a physical key for options to unlock. Has a battery plug-in in case the batteries die before changing them out. Was super easy to install. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow. I feel like anyone could install this. The instructions also included video step-by-step instructions, just in case you didn’t understand the written instructions. I love the look of it. You can install this for a left or right entrance doors. You can even add multiple fingerprints to avoid errors when trying to unlock the door. Very good buy. I highly recommend it.

Its unfortunate I have to write this review. This lock had the potential to be best in class. Instead despite its fleeting promises, the lock suffers from pathetic functional design and shockingly lacks the most basic features you would expect in a lock -- a simple intuitive interface to lock & unlock the door from inside and outside the house. All the fingerprint tech, auto lock, privacy mode, passage mode etc is humbug -- gives you an impression of sophistication with major holes in the most basic features. People have used locks for 100s of years. Almost everyone wants the option to lock or not lock the door when they are inside or outside. You cannot force the customers to change their usage pattern that has been built into our muscle memory for 100s of years. Here is the summary: The positives... (1) Huge credits to the gold plate + black industrial design for the either side of the lock. Looks great and aesthetically pleasing (2) Also good looking handle on the door lock on either side (3) And relatively simple install And the negatives.. (1) You cannot lock the door from inside. For the life of me i do not understand this. People have used locks for 100s of years and does the designer not know how people use locks? How can you design a lock that cannot be locked from inside the house. This is a fatal flaw of the lock. You dont need to look at anything else. Most customers would return at this point. A simple manual knob to lock the door from inside would be a useful fix (2) The bolt gets stuck in lock mode (not a fault, but by design) when you go outside the door and you have to punch in the code or use fingerprint to unlock for the bolt to go in for normal use. There are options to workaround, but you can easily mess this up and my wife and daughter struggled and were laughing at the design. This is so confusing and unintuitive (3) Despite the rigid & sturdy lock panel, the actual bolt is kinda disappointing, its small & weak. Suitable for a bedroom door, not your main door locks. (4) If you want to use a real key you need to peel off the lid on the handle to open the key vent. You could lose the peeled off lid easily. They could have designed it to slide. Another simple feature designed in a flawed manner (5) The mobile app has unnecessarily complex features such as auto lock, passage mode, privacy mode etc. Look around do you see other locks with these features? No. Its no, because customers do not care. These features are confusing & useless (6) The touch to lock/unlock on the mobile app is bizzarre. I still dont know what it does. (7) The fingerprint sensor is not good. Have to use fingerprint multiple times to unlock Redesign the look & pay attention to simplicity, no one cares about auto lock and passage mode. No one uses their locks this way if you cannot lock the door from inside the house when you want.

Wonderful lock! Easy to install and the video is perfect to have. My only gripe is the need to use an app for set up and the app has features that are hidden I had to google to find. But it could be there was an update and I know things change but the instructions stayed the same! The bonus of all are the many ways to use it, fingerprint, key, codes, and the chip card I didn’t expect but is an option with the Alexa connection. Well designed, simple, and it was at perfect price. I beyond happy right now!

I’m a DV survivor along with I live in a town where people break in, even when you are home. This lock has given me so much piece of mind! I can see who has been in and when. I can lock from my Alexa or phone. Super easy to assemble and set up. This has been a life saver and piece of mind for me. I think EVERY door and house should have these. Definitely getting more as soon as I can. I can sleep better knowing when either someone has tried to come in, or has came in. I don’t get up every couple hours to check my locks anymore. The quality is AMAZING! It functions so well! My kids can have their own passcode, so I get notified when they use it. The fingerprint and card makes it fast to open if you are in a hurry and don’t want to put a code in. If someone is coming over I can turn their access on and off. So easy to use, even my toddlers and special needs toddler can figure it out FAST. I can’t speak words great enough to summarize how wonderful this product is! The batteries last FOREVER. You can see on your phone how much battery it has. This is all around a must have, especially for people with anxiety or that live in rough areas. Just for everyone. I would personally have these on all outside doors and bedroom doors. Along with that, my SD easily learned how to open it with the key or while it’s unlocked. If my Service Dog can figure it out, so can you. And yes, he has his own special key I hand him when I need him to open the door for me. This product has taken me from not sleeping because of fear, to restful nights. Still think these should mandatory on every home or establishment. I love this product so much.
