Acurite 76101m Oversized Led Clock with Indoor Temperature, Date and Fold-Out Stand, 18"

I wanted a large, bright digital clock with date and temp for basement and this was it. I am only disappointed with that for the price, no military time which I was aware of when I read the other reviews so I took 1 star away for that. It is very very bright and some reviewers state that it can be adjusted and others state it cannot. I want it on the brightest setting anyway for what I am using it for so I had no problem with that. There is no way I could put this in a bedroom with how bright it is so do your research if you want an adjustable brightness setting.....I did look through the manual which is brief, clear and concise with the directions and there is NOTHING about adjusting brightness so I don't understand what others have stated that you can adjust it. If you are looking for a simple option, I use an iPad (older unused ones are great for this) and have downloaded a digital clock app where you can adjust colors and brightness and love it for the bedroom!! You just have to leave the iPad plugged in because it will drain the battery by the time you wake up...place it far from your head...you do NOT want to charge iPads or Phones like most do and have it by your head every night.....can lead to major health problems down the road but do your research like I have.

Large and easy to read however very light construction and battery backup does not seem to work. Would not stand an accidental fall to the floor. Good for those with serious vision limitations.

I put this clock out in the garage and it has been great, I can almost read it from the street and it has the temperature which is also nice and the green print makes it really easy to read and easy on the eyes. This one ever goes out I will buy another!

The day of week can't be correctly set to follow calendar.Directions aren't included in pamphlet.very aggravating.

Clock is accurate and well lit. Visible from a good distance. It is used at a sports venue and can be seen throughout the whole building clearly. Unfortunately the temperature has always read “32” degrees. I assure you it can get in the upper 90’s this time of year and possibly over 100 once we hit mid to late summer.
