24-Bottle Compressor Wine Cooler with Upright Bottle Storage - Freestanding Wine Refrigerator with Digital Touchscreen and LED Temperature Display

**At 6 month mark, still working like new, very pleased with the purchase. Original Post Purchase Review: Sought a wine cooler for placement in a walk-in pantry under a 33" height built in shelf. Although primary goal was cold, would have considered a dual zone unit, but found selections meeting our height restriction were very limited. Additionally, would have purchased a wifi compatible unit, but, again, limited choices. Receipt: - Received/installed a week ago, following WE's instructions for sequenced placement, powering, adjustment and loading. - Packing/packaging was excellent, slight damage to exterior boxing, but unit arrived undamaged. Operation: - Consistently maintains 41 degrees F (lowest available setting; would have preferred slightly lower range). - Periodically soft but audible compressor noise: "traditional" fridge noise plus an occasional "tinkling" noise, neither of which are obnoxiously loud, but unit isn't silent 24/7. Placement in our pantry addresses some of the noise and if we close its sliding/pocket door, we hear nothing. - Although standard on all modern refrigerators, the switchable interior light is useful and more than a "nice to have." - Good, simple and easy to use top edge control panel. Appearance: - Sleek, modern, attractive appliance. Assessment: Good quality wine fridge, more towards a base level, but very satisfied thus far.

Have had this for about 6 months now. Works great for my wine wine. I like that it has some stand up storage for open bottles and storage at the bottom for larger bottles that don’t fit in the standard racks. It’s fairly quiet but I have it in a room where it would not bother me anyway. Temp has been consistent. It looks nice, lights are attractive. Would recommend!

Our last wine cooler broke after several years, so we bought another from Wine Enthusiast. It came packaged quite well, it looked like the package had been dropped but the unit itself was not damaged. We followed the instructions quite closely, but while cooling down after we loaded it, it got very hot on one side. That subsided once it cooled to temperature. It runs very quietly, we seldom notice it. I love that that you can store opened bottles standing up, that’s very convenient (no leaking bottles). Fatter bottles, such as Chardonnay, barely fit on the rack. I use the bottom area or stand them up, so it’s a bit limited. And I can’t even figure out how you could store 24 bottles. But it’s adequate. It looks nice, is compact, and, for casual collectors like us, works quite well.

So far so good. This unit is quiet and cooling well. Metal shelves are a good option. Let me revisit this review in 6 months based on my history with wine coolers…..

I was so excited to get my wine fridge in and then the nightmare started. I followed the directions explicitly as they were nice enough to put it on the outside of the box on yellow paper (thank you)…let sit for at least 24 hours before plugging in, fill 1/3 to 1/2 full and cool for at least 30 minutes then use as normal. Right away there was a clanging sound like bottles were hitting each other every time it shut off. I moved the bottles around thinking this was the issue but no amount of rearranging fixed it. So then I unloaded the whole fridge and the clanging happened AGAIN! I was absolutely beside myself. I put in a Return Request with Amazon and selected the Assistance option hoping Wine Enthusiast could help troubleshoot but after being on hold for over 30 minutes without talking to an actual human, I was done. Started the Return again to find out that the return isn’t pre-paid. They mention that if the cost is more than $30 to contact the seller for other options. Seriously? After already wasting 30 minutes of my life already contacting the seller…no thanks! This is the 2nd worst Amazon purchasing experience I have had and I shop a lot! Disappointing to say the least.

Fits perfectly under our window and holds the wine.

I haven’t had it for long at all and it’s very noisy! Knocking all the time…. I wish I never bought it. It now has condensation on the outside of it.
