A solid protein that I use for preworkout also
A protein with pre workout in it! The taste is descent but it’s the extra pick me up that I like from this product. A solid amount of protein and calorie count. It also helps me get that extra sweat off too.

Solid protein without the belly issues
Doesn’t mess with my stomach like some others do. Mixes easy with water or milk, tastes decent for protein, and actually leaves me feeling full post-gym. Been using this after strength days—definitely seeing a difference in recovery.

Package was leaking powder
Package was with another ordered item and entire inside was dusted with protein powder. The package had a leak along the side seam and was not returnable. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to trying this protein and it was not cheap for a small bag.
