I was looking for a wireless headset with microphone and bought regular one. It hurt my ears even without my glasses. I decided to go with gaming headsets. I've tried a few of them both wired and wireless [brands like X!beri@] and had some defect including the mic. After further review, I took my chance on the 600 G2. I decided to go with the 600 G2 because I mainly will be using it for meetings and online conferences. What drew me to these were the comfort, features and lightness in weight, good sound and ease of use in windows 10 to automatically adopt the headset through plug and play. 1. The headset is comfortable even with glasses on. However, I've decided to buy the memory foam ones from wicked cushions. The ones on the 700 G2 is what I would prefer but I don't want the bluetooth plus the way the memory foam may easily come out because of how it's installed. I've see a few videos of the weakness and I am a bit rough on headphones. The OEM pads a good but the ones from WC feels plush and pillow soff on your ears. 2. The weight, feel and look is very gorgeous. It does feel very premium. 3. The headphones are very clear and crisp. Listening to meetings and audio podcasts are a joy. The placement of the volume and mic dials and the subtle recess/protrusion of the power/sound modes buttons are right where they are supposed to be and the operation seems natural using your left hand. For audiophiles, this is definitely not what you want to use to listen to music. I have the Sony 1000XM3 headphones for reference and these headphones are good (audiophiles = OK.......decent enough) for listening to casual music without going through the hassle of switching to another headphone. Subjectively, I'd say that the headset is about 50% comparable to my Sony headphones but they good with just enough bass and clarity to not let you pass an hour before your next online meeting. And yes, I love bass (minimal) and it's does have some oomph using the sound modes that you can pretty much use without switching to a high end one for what it is worth. Don't expect an audiophile sound with these for listening to pure music. 4. Without reading the user manual, connecting this to a windows 10 pc was plug and play. With the headset on, plug in the wireless transceiver, the computer recognizes and install all the drivers needed and that's it. It defaults the the wireless headset and I had to change it since that was not the preference I wanted. 5. Another thing that really drew me to buy this headset is the mic and how it's integrated into the headset. Up/folded in = off, midway=mute and down=fully on. You also hear the different tones for the different mic positions. The sound modes, volume and mic controls are also integrated nicely as well and it also looks completely sturdy and cool and I really like it. 6. While it is made in China (like everything else), it has excellent support in ENGLISH. I downloaded the Turtle Beach software and mine said it was up to date on the software. 7. These operate more like in transparency mode when you talk (mic on). When the mic is off, it appears to block out some of the external noise. This headset, particularly the mic does not appear to have external noise reduction so keep that in mind. I use Teams for meetings which have a noise suppression built in so this headset works for me.

Very high quality headset. The sound quality is excellent and they hold a good charge. My husband uses for call of duty and has no problem communicating with his party. The headphones themselves almost block out all the sound around you but picks up any noise around you when the mic is on. We bought these several years ago, I believe 2021, and they have held up pretty well. Just this year they finally cracked where the earpiece meets the connecting part, but my husband super glued them back together and is still using them. Great pair of headphones for the price. The pictures are after several years of heavy use.

I use it with my PS4, to listen to music and videos on my phone and PC and to make calls and take meetings. It comes with a USB transmitter that you can plug into the PS4 or computer to send audio signal- AND THEN have it connected via Bluetooth to either your phone or pc or other source and you will hear audio from both. Listen to music while you game! About 3 to 4 times it has acted up and I had to Google how to reset it. Just now inadequate to run a repair tool on it when it failed tonl update and malfunctioned. But it goes back to working every time. It's a pretty sophisticated and high quality piece of equipment on my opinion. The sound quality is great, pads are super comfortable and I get no pain with extended play. The app has adjustment settings including the standard bass boost and such. You can flip the mic half way up to quickly mute yourself. Then bring it down and it unmutes. It's been a real joy to own and I hope you buy it. To Turtle Beach I would say if you make future versions with the USBC jack able to accept audio signal, you probably have my business for life. Oh and the Grey is more elegant and subtle for use outside of gaming. Like I said, it for video business meetings. Buy this! And be ready to troubleshoot when it acts up but it will work again. Learn to hard reset and Google the recovery tool. Enjoy.

First off, I'd like to say these have held up for 3.5 years so far with no issues. Recently, connection seems iffy but once you get it ACTUALLY connected (unplugging and re-plugging in the USB receiver once or twice) they stay connected with no issues. It's only with my PS4 that I have that issue. My laptop works perfectly, every time. Once again, they were fine for 3.5 years. So it's all good. And they still work. Battery life has been immaculate during these 3.5 years with heavy use. It lasts a VERY long time. Probably true to the 20 hours advertised. Does seem "flimsy" as with all TB headsets. But once you get over the quick "cracking" noise from spreading apart the headset to fit around your head, you'll realize, they're not about to break. It's just a TB headset, being a TB headset. My ONLY main gripe about these, is that you can't control the chat volume separately from the game volume. They are controlled together. You have to ask different people to adjust their mics according to YOUR game volume. At least with PS4. Some games (like call of duty MW 3) have built this setting into the game to adjust the chat volume separately because of headsets like this. However, either way, you still occasionally run into the issue of some people's being very loud, and others in the party being too low. This is not at fault to the headset. But I really do miss the second adjustment wheel on the side of the headset to be for chat volume instead of it being for outside ambient sound volume. My old set of TBs has this ability and I miss it. Overall, amazing quality headset. Worth $150? Not to me (even though I paid it). Try to catch them on a sale and you won't be dissatisfied at all.

Auriculares muy cómodos, que se ajustan bien (aun con cabeza grande se adaptan bien y dejan margen de tamaño sin llegar a apretar). Se sienten sólidos y no molestan una vez puestos (ni en la cabeza ni en las orejas), sin llegar a molestar ni sobrecalentarse a pesar de horas de uso continuo. No llegan a notarse especialmente pesados. Son sencillos de usar una vez te acostumbras a la disposición de los botones. La batería cumple con lo ofertado y se carga de manera rápida. A mi parecer presenta muy buena calidad de sonido (tanto en PS5 como con conexión bluetooth al movil o al ordenador). Destaca sobre todo el apartado del bajo, el cual esta muy bien ajustado permitiendo disfrutar los sonidos más graves sin que interfiera con los agudos o las voces. La conexión con PS5 por medio del USB es sencilla y cómoda. Es compatible con el audio 3D de la consola, siendo bastante notable la diferencia mientras se juega. En mi experiencia, el nivel de sonido siempre ha sido adecuado, en ningún momento lo he notado bajo, hasta el momento no he necesitado ponerlo al máximo mientras juego. Aísla muy bien del ruido exterior de manera pasiva y evita fugas sonoras al exterior, con lo que no se molesta a terceros al jugar o escuchar música. La app para móviles es sencilla de usar, permitiendo ajustar valores de graves-agudos-voces de manera rápida y notable. El único punto negativo de momento es que no enlazan correctamente con la app del ordenador. Los auriculares están actualizados a la última versión (según la pagina oficial al menos), con lo que por ese lado no supone ningún problema, pero no me deja acceder a los ajustes más avanzados del sistema de sonido. Como conclusión, de momento, estos auriculares me parecen un producto sólido con muy buena calidad-precio. Útiles tanto para jugar en playstation como para conectar por medio de bluetooth a otros dispositivos. Muy recomendable.

من أفضل السماعات الي شريتها مريحه جدا جدا العزل جيد وليس بممتاز البطاريه ممتازه جدا تعطيك اعتقد فوق 20 ساعه الصوت اعطيه 8 من 10 مو عالي مرره بس اشوفه جيد جداً المايك جيد جداً ليس بممتاز عيبها الوحيد اذا سويت ربط بينها وبين الجوال والبلايستيشن البلوتوث يفصل بعض الاحيان مش مستقر تقييمي لها بشكل عام اعطيها 8 / 10 وتستحق الأقتناء

3ra Actualización Hoy Miércoles 09 de noviembre del 2022 me acabo de dar cuenta que ocupas a fuerzas windows para actualizar los audifonos ya que la app de versión de mac no funciona. 2da Actualización Hoy viernes 16 de julio he recibido mis nuevos audífonos (Gracias Turtle Beach). Pongo 5 estrellas por que se portaron excelente el personal de soporte. Los pongo al tanto, el 6 de julio se puso en contacto conmigo el personal de soporte dando me la ayuda para resolver el problema (me enviaron la misma información que tienen en la página web) de lo cual yo les respondí que ya había resuelto el problema y que ya no iba a requerir el apoyo ni la garantía. El 7 de julio me contestan que van a aplicar la garantía y que me enviarían unos nuevos audífonos de lo cual ocupaban una foto de mis audífonos para poder seguir con el proceso. El 9 de julio me enviaron correo indicándome la dirección del lugar donde recibiré mis nuevos audífonos. El 14 de julio me volvieron a contactar pero ahora con el id de la paquetería. No tuve que esperar mucho para que me llegarán los audífonos, me agrado mucho el proceso y que el personal de soporte mantuvo la comunicación constante además que la paquetería fue súper veloz y muy buen cuidado. Muchas gracias por leer mi recorrido con estos audífonos, de igual manera seguiré actualizando este hilo por nuevas situaciones. Actualización Hoy 4 de julio, levante mi ticket en la web oficial pero no trabajan este día entonces decidí mejor buscar por internet y encontré un video de que te indica como reiniciar los audífonos, es dejar aplastado los botones mode y Bluetooth por 10 segundo, luego trate de encenderlos con power y ya encendieron, con esto mi pc ya pudo reconocer mis audífonos y actualizar el firmware de nuevo, excelente ya están trabajando de nuevo, si me lleve un susto, no pude valorar el soporte ni la garantía pero con esto que me paso creo que me seguirá sucediendo. Aunque me paso este susto seguiré con mis audífonos, son muy buenos, le dejaré 4 estrellas. ATENCION: antes que compres estos audífonos es probablemente te pueda suceder ya que la misma empresa tiene una app de recovery. Piénsalo dos veces, yo seguiré con ellos porque si me gustaron y ya se como resolverlo esta vez. Lo compre el 28 de Abril y dejaron de funcionar hoy 4 de Julio. Me encanto el producto desde el inicio, son cómodos, audio excelente (Bass), conectividad muy rápida con PC, PS5 y IPhone, duración de batería, portabilidad, buen micrófono, tienen todo, pero lamentablemente dejaron de funcionar, ya no enciende, fui a la pagina oficial para ver si yo puedo hacer algo para que volvieran a funcionar de lo cual tienen una aplicación para recuperar el funcionamiento de los audífonos, pero la aplicación nunca encontró los audífonos, seguí los pasos de acuerdo con lo que mencionaban y nada. Coloco la calificación de 3 estrellas ya que ahora probare mi garantía y dependiendo de como pase todo mi proceso iré actualizando mi comentario.
