Is this only worm poop and nothing else?

Yes, but so much more. Worm castings are covered in a calcium carbonate slime that, along with a large variety of bacteria, inhabit the worm's gut. As worms 'munch' their way through the soil, their deposits contain 10 times more potassium, 5 times more nitrogen, 7 times more phosphorus, 3 times more magnesium, and 1.5 more calcium and humus than the preexisting soil (in a form plants can easily utilize). Worm castings also contain high amounts of humic acid.

Can this be used as potting soil?

Typically it's used as the organic matter in potting soil. I make my own. My mix is 60% coco coir, 20% perlite and 20% worm castings.

How many pounds would i need to mix 20 5 gallon buckets for my container garden. 20 buckets is just under 14 cubic ft.

I'll tell you what I mix I mix one bag of the worm castings to one bag of potting soil in one brick of Coco coir with two bags perlite mixed all together I hope this helps one bag fills up about 3/4 of a 5 gallon bucket
