Works as expected
Well built and a quality product. It takes a couple of seconds to trip to alternate source and vice versa. On secondary/DG source it tends to reach 40°C could be due to relay as the EB is by default the O/P directly connected....

Pathetic quality, replacement unit is also faulty
The pics are of a replacement unit which was shipped to me after I returned the original one received the first time. So this is the 2nd unit and both had the same problem, one of the points is not tightening to hold the wire since the internal mechanism is free. Thenpriblem is it can no longer be replaced also since it has been more than 7 days now. So I am stuck with this non-working unit. How can a company be so consistent with same defect in multiple units!!!!!!!!!
