Ultra Strength Biotin

I loved this product after taking this for a month a month and a half my hair and nails strengthened so much I wish I had a picture to send with this but they went so fast that I didn't get a chance to I actually ended up addicted to them and started buying them from Walmart and still take them to this day for those of you haven't tried this product I would definitely give it a try I've had the hardest time trying to get my nails to grow they've always been so brittle and break very easily but since I've been taking this they have strengthened out a lot don't get me wrong it's not a miracle cure but I've had way less stupid and way more gross since I've been taking these and it doesn't have to be this specific brand just anything with Biotin in it definitely worth the money

Ever since I started taking these biotin capsules, it is the only biotin I will now use. I do notice a substantial increase in the length and condition of my hair, skin, and nails. This is my second purchase, and I will continue to purchase it because of that.

I love Jarrow products. Super high quality at an affordable price. When my Dr. recommended daily Biotin, there was no doubt in my mind that I would go with Jarrow Biotin. I have been taking this supplement for 2 months now and have noticed huge changes in my hair and nails. My nails are growing stronger and faster. I have new hair growth around my brow line as well. Very satisfied with this product.

I started taking these as a supplemental vitamin to Alpha Lipoic Acid since ALA absorbs the body's biotin. I have been taking biotin in a much less smaller dosage in a Hair, Skin and Nails multivitamin but switched to Jarrows because the potency was much higher. Biotin is water soluble so any extra biotin will be excreted instead of absorbed but I figure the ALA will absorb some of it so I better take a high concentration of it.I must say, there is a visible difference in taking biotin as compared to when I stop taking them. My nails are not as strong, they start to peel and chip and my skin is problematic. I like that this biotin is from a trusted brand.

Have been purchasing this brand for many years. Lately am finding broken, half empty capsules and wondering if it’s time to switch to a different brand. It’s effective but the more I find empty capsules, am inclined to not order from Jarrow in the future.

The brand tends to be higher quality with no fillers or junk ingredients.The brand does often cost more than some store/generic brands, but with supplements we like to go for quality.These capsules are not overly huge, but they are larger as opposed to small so if you have difficulty with large supplements, please take note.Each capsule is 5 mgof d-Biotin, Other ingredients include calcium phosphate, cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide. The capsule is mae of gelatin. As with most Jarrow Formula products, this one contains no wheat, no gluten, no soybeans, no dairy, no egg, no fish/shellfish, and no peanuts/tree nuts.
