Q: I ordered the big bottles of the shampoo and conditioner on September 12th and still have not gotten them?

Q: I just purchased the shampoo and the conditioning balm and both products look the same -- milky white. has there been a product change?

I've used Biolage shampoo for years and the color and consistency are good. The conditioner is the same color but a thicker consistency. It is sometimes difficult to get out of the bottle.

Q: Is this a legitimate product? Also, for those with kinky hair, have you experienced any tangling, itchiness, or buildup from this shampoo?

I use this shampoo and I like it very much. My hair looks healthy.
